  1. gotcha your post was just a lame joke
  2. Arizona isn't an option..they're in the NFC and our NFC opponents were set in stone back in 2002
  3. intelligence for a change
  4. McGee is far from old...WAY too early to talk about switching him...and considering the play of McKelvin and Corner, I'd say it's a safe bet to say Greer won't be back next season
  5. considering how bad sports radio is here, it would probably be a good place to make a name for yourself
  6. bull sh--...WGR's afternoon show is trash...berating callers is beyond classless and you know what it tells me? Schoop isn't able to debate with the caller and has to resort to insults because he either knows he's wrong or he is confused by the caller making up words is prolly idiotic itself
  7. and if they move, who gives a crap what they're named? They won't be our team anymore
  8. You and I both know who the true King is
  9. If the only reason you go to games is for the game itself, you're missing out
  10. not a big fan of the idea...I think he'll be good at FS with Scott manning SS..might be debateable. One thing though, Peters didn't balloon up...he's listed at 340....he was listed at 328 when we first brought him in....he was already that big
  11. as nice as that might sound, Marv isn't the man to coach this team. Not to discount what he did because he deserved to get in the HoF, but he was blessed before to have a team of solid self-motivated players here. His big task was to put all those egos together and point them towards one goal each year
  12. some people actually like listening to these bozos..apparently enough to keep their jobs. Myself, it's been a year or so since I listened to them for more than a minute or two. If I can get it to come in, I'll take Shred and Ragen any day
  13. no...fraid he wouldn't be. A buddy of mine still wears his Beebe jersey proudly. Course, his name is Don as well
  14. Billy actually had 3 solid seasons for us
  15. Upgrade the restrooms...that's all it needs...
  16. I don't see how anyone can not say win and actually call themselves a Bills fan. Losing helps us in no way. Getting changes made? Changes are made every year whether we win or not. Draft status? That's beyond idiotic. There are 2 things that you are guaranteed with a higher draft slot. A few more choices on whom to pick (which also means more chances to screw up the pick). It also guarantees that you'll have to pay this rookie a higher salary and signing bonus....and if he turns out to be a bust, it could screw the team up for more years.
  17. I couldn't agree more. Whether it be a fast food restaurant or a cashier in a store or a waiter or whatever, everyone should spend some time doing so. If everyone had to learn how hard it is to deal with that kind of job, they'd appreciate it later in life and be more courteous to those who are still doing it.
  18. personally, I don't think there was much wrong with what Kawika said. Yeah, what Peters and others said was great...how it sucked playing up there...not a home field. But I think Kawika's statement went past that. Maybe he was thinking that other players were using the fact that it seemed like an actual road game as opposed to a "home" game as an excuse. No matter where you play, you're getting paid the same and it shouldn't change your performance whether you're playing at the Ralph, in Miami, in Toronto, or anywhere else.
  19. The only thing that needs done to the Ralph is fix up the restrooms...they can add luxury boxes if need be...but beyond that, the area can't afford to build a new stadium. Considering all the money thrown into this one, it'd be stupid and wasteful to build a new one anytime soon. and the WNY economy is in worse shape now than it was then, too. At least they cut the price increase in half for season ticket holders.
  20. with posts like that, it's obvious you don't care about Western NY
  21. don't count on it happening. Part of the agreement was that our games up there wouldn't interfere with the CFL. Rather than schedule around Argos home games, they decided they would schedule the games after the Grey Cup
  22. no doubt. Once you start wishing someone like that dead, it's time to seek professional help
  23. No...they don't do that anymore. I remember Ralph apologizing to the fans after he heard that Donahoe was doing that
  24. I'm in...had seasons for 13 years and plan to keep them. There's so much more to gameday than the game itself
  25. They didn't give us much to cheer for last week against San Fran either but we were still loud...not as loud as the Opener but still..
