You guys ever miss the house you were born and raised in? Have you ever been back in the interior of the house you grew up in after a family member or friend bough it? My folks just moved out of their old house they lived in for 23 years last year. This is the first summer since 1993 they haven't lived there. I lived there from 94 to 09 and boy do I miss it a lot. It was out in the country, great neighbors, huge backyard and beautiful road they lived on. Now they moved into the city and it isn't the same going there. Every house is packed together and its just more depressing. I guess living out in the country is something special.

One of my other buddies has 1 other friend other than me. His family is all his friends basically. He says too that he doesn't give a crap either. He loves his downtime. He takes vacations from work and he says he sits on his rear the whole time and sets up his new sound system for his TV. He is very happy that way too. Im just starting conversation as this is a long offseason lol.

That's what Im saying. I don't call him because I don't want to get in the way of his time with his wife. Im too busy seeing other friends and family that 6 months will go by then we will get together and have a great time. As an Adult getting together with someone once every couple months is the norm. If I myself have to see somebody every weekend I wouldn't want that either.

I have a buddy and we get together 4 times a year but every time we have a great awesome visit. He works construction and is out of town almost all the time. A lot of the times he is home on the weekends but its just him and his wife. I get together with him once every 3 months as his weekends he wants time with his wife and is super busy taking care of his Housework, his pets and everything else.

I didn't but I know someone who did. They are ending their friendship with that person cause of it lol.

Has anyone ever been stood up before by a friend? If so how did you guys handle the situation? Are they still your friends?
