Canfora on Byrd, Carrington, Parker: Is this new info?
artmalibu replied to l< j's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Mario has missed how many games? Get real. He plays hurt, when he could have sat out.. Funny how when a guy is the # 1 pick and signs big contracts the exceptions go up 100 fold. Byrd will come back at the end of the season to show case, the Bills should then say he looks awful and doesn't give them the best chance to win. F him -
We need him to have a monster day on special teams.

Jets DC calls for payback on SJ
artmalibu replied to Cotton Fitzsimmons's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Big mouth SJ need to reply "not if I get him first, and I will" I think the Bills need a little take it personally attitude, we may not win but your going home black and blue. -
It's time to sit/trade EJ

Put the crack pipe down when starting a new thread. -
Tj is our #2 on wr death chart
artmalibu replied to Clippers of Nfl's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
# 1 or # 2 who cares. Typically their is always 2 if not 3 WR on the field. Look at the snap count and that tells you what the coached think when it counts. -
[closed]Why I'm Stubborn to Blame "Playcalling"
artmalibu replied to The Big Cat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Enough blame to get passed around, but I got a little tired of watching running playes right into the loaded box. I was hoping to see a change of plan and see the spread like Chan ran last year. -
WSJ Blurb - Want to win - Don't draft a top tailback
artmalibu replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I dont care the position and long as the 1st round pick is a legitimate starter. I guess I am a fan of the "best player available" -
One reason why the Bills OLine are injury prone
artmalibu replied to Dean Cain's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think Chan(or the coach before) made it mandatory for O-line to wear braces in preseason. If I were a player I wold want the protection, to stick around a little longer and make more money . -
EJ looked slow to me. Either his knee is a real problem or they lied about his 40 time.

Re: Jay Ross is back -Signed to the 53 man roster
artmalibu replied to JTO's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ross looked pretty good in preseason, hope he can help out now. -
Rogers signed to colts 53 man roster
artmalibu replied to clearwater cadet's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Since he is the 5th wr on the colts you might get to see him catch a pass sometime soon. -
Rogers signed to colts 53 man roster
artmalibu replied to clearwater cadet's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dont get the love affair with this guy.. 1. No one was willing to take a 7th round flyer on him. 2. Showed little/nothing in preseason 3. Couldnt make the roster in Buffalo, but a guy dumped by 4 other teams could 4. Cleared wavers 5. Buffalo seemed to have no interest in signing him to their practice squad It would be great to see the guy beat the odds and maybe he does. But, I am still confused why so many are convinced that the Bills screwed the pooch by not keeping him around -
The browns fans must be unhappy. Didnt the brown trade up to the 3rd over all pick to get Trent? Now they will end up getting poor pick because Trent should help Indy have a pretty good season. Maybe the Browns know something about Ternt the Colts dont.

How do we stack up against the Jets?
artmalibu replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Look for EJ to take off out of the pocket. -
Byrd needs to play this season if he wants the big contract. My gut is telling me that he is minimizing his risk. He will probably need 5 or 6 good games to be taken seriously.

I think a lot of players are playing very well. Without some killer penalties the 2 games so far would have looked much different. I bet as the season goes on the team will much stronger. Finally rebuilding rather than re-collapsing.

Grade The Bills Week 2 (VS. Panthers)
artmalibu replied to billsfan89's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like the grades. It would be nice to see them play without making the killing mistakes. Other than the mistakes I thought the team looked good. I dont want to grade the coaches but thought they were off yesterday. I would give them low grades because of the following. For the last drive of the first half, it looked like a soft zone and no blitzing. Since the pressure was so effective why stop? Toward the end of the game Carolina was paper thin in the defensive secondary, and thy didnt challenge them. Why not? I am by no means an expert and only watched the game once, am I too hard on the coaches? -
Yes, really To say its not an "I told you so thread" when in fact thats what you did is well confusing. To say he won the game by caching a ball being totally wide open and it was lobed to him is crazy, I bet any of the posters here could make that catch. I can see the talent that SJ has, and thought he would be a good one from the year he was drafted. Again a guy that publicly says he doesn't do the off-season training and wonders how good he would be if he did, bothers me. Football is a team sport and he proves to be selfish, its a shame considering he is not a young player in his 6th year. I guess at the end of the day I dont believe that the postman should get paid extra to deliver the mail. Players that have been kicked around and deserve some love from yesterday imo would be Mario and McKelvin. not Stevie

What I dont understand is how some people think that they are better talent evaluators by watching what TV shows. The coaches see all the game film in more angles and are present at the practices as well. What am I missing?
