  1. After reading a ton of posts here I did not see anyone say he had 3 blocked kicks last year. Versatile, athletic, high motor and smart. Looks like a great add....
  2. Maybe not a sexy pickup but looks like the right fit. If he can beat man coverage like they say he can its a big win since that seemed to be missing. I like this pickup because the D needs the real help imo. DK cost a 2nd round pick and 30 million a year. So, they can use the 18 million and the 2nd to get the help the D needs. The offense scored the 2nd most points in the league and in theory this guy can provide the needed help on game day.
  3. So you have 10 guys in the top 10 without counting T Johnson. My thought is that should be enough top end to get the job done. I see that the bottom end of the starters/rotational players is the bigger issue. I feel that we have too many player that rank outside of the top 25 at their position. To get a for sure top 5 guy is has to come from a FA and that takes a kings ransom contract and possibly draft capital, resources the Bills are not rich in. So the question becomes is the team better off by bringing in 1 top five guy or improving 3 or 4 positions that would require the same resources. Its a good debate. If the Bills could land Myles and go from 18th in sacks to #1 it might be worth whatever it takes. But could the same usage of resources be used to improve the DT, safety and CB positions to improve pass rush and create more coverage sacks. Also, improve the run defense, pass brake-ups an interceptions. I dont like putting all the eggs in one basket and feel its safer to use the whole is greater than the sum of its parts approach.
  4. Cooper is #70 on the list, so we had 3... If we kept Poyer we would have had 4. I dont this Poyer would have moved the needle much, if at all. The top 100 list is kinda BS. Hill is the #1 player in the league? Lamar is # 2? McCaffery # 3 ? They are not even the best players at their positions. By your logic the Bills should try to trade JA # 12 on the list to the Cowboys for Dak #14 and Parsons #17. That would be a + 1 of players on the list. The offence scored the second most points, so they dont need much. Adding the man coverage beater is the only glaring issue. Is resigning Cooper and drafting a WR the answer, maybe. The D needs some help, but 2 DTs could be a big step, They could greatly improve the run defense, keep the LBs cleaner to make plays, and would likely help the pass rush. Adding stars is always sexy but requires a lot of resources. We would all love to see the Bills get Myles but with the draft capital and salary it may require, there may be nothing left to address the DT position or the outside CB position. At this time there is 1 starting CB on the last year of his deal and no other starter on the roster....
  5. What belief? I dont understand what your trying to say.
  6. Yes, and Brown is not a liability in the run game....
  7. I must be crazy but I saw Cook go to the sideline and he looked to be in pain. Maybe he was banged up a bit. Ty at 100% is better than cook at 75%. Bad scheme, bad personnel?, bad refs and still had a legit shot to tie/win the game at the end.
  8. To say he is no Megatron doesn't mean much... IMO there is no WR in the game now that is.
  9. I know when WRs are talked about their blocking ability is not a hot topic, but I have seen Coleman make some good blocks. For me blocking moves the needle in the Coleman vs Worthy debate.
  10. I dont have stats to support but, the 6th O-lineman offers an extra blocker so the RB does not stay in for pass protection. They could have 5 OL and use the RB in protection or have 6 OL and use the RB as a receiver. Also the 6 OL offers an advantage in the run game
  11. When is the deadline to activate the guys from IR?
  12. If McBean thought there was a better kicker available they would sign him.....
  13. This yeas team has yet to beat a team with a winning record...
  14. I think in the debate one must consider circumstances.. Judge the player, not the scheme, or the players around them..
  15. Its a throw I would expect a #1 or #2 to catch....
  16. I would say Rousseau but Miami would be crazy to not have a solid plan to stop him. So I will go with EO...
  17. To me it sounds like he is doing what he is asked to do and does not exactly agree with it. The OC could call the number of Jr but did not seem to...
  18. MVP is a joke! To say Jackson is a dual threat is a joke! I dont think Jackson scares anyone with his arm. To say Allen is overrated is a joke, he has led the league in TDs 4 years in row. Allen had 3 OCs in that stretch with one being fired mid year.
  19. Funny how these guys talk about what Allen cant do, but leave out the fact he led the league in total TDs for the last 4 years. And this is with how many OCs, with one fired mid year.... Maybe a good topic would be "how many rings would KC have if Josh was their QB"
  20. Coleman's 4.61 40-yard dash doesn't necessarily jump off the charts, but in the gauntlet drill at the NFL Combine, Coleman reached a top speed of 20.36 miles per hour – the fastest speed by a receiver over the last two seasons.
  21. JA was 4th in the league in passing yards and 5th in passing TDs, so I dont care where he did or didnt complete passes.🤣
  22. So will the 1 day delay get any of the questionable guys back?
  23. Will a team with a loosing record make the playoffs this year?
  24. Good thing we have 9 draft picks this year.....
