    Most likely any player can waive that right So say Baltimore wants him in 3 years and he is cool with going there he could waive it But if MIAMI wanted him but he didn't want to go he could block it

    If it's under two mins the rule is a 10 sec run off They didn't change that rule did they and the spotter would be like a ref in that situation saying there is an injury
