  1. I think Blount was trying to hurdle assuming Gilmore would go low and it was very odd
  2. He is getting torched He is giving up the big plays in run support
  3. Remember we had a bad run defense when he was here He has never been great in coming up in run support
  4. Problem this is a highlights a lot of it was on 4-5 yd runs I am posting more for a before the game and see if he continues to do it and people see what I am seeing if not maybe I'm crazy I don't watch a lot of pats game but was watching Thursday night and it stood out
  5. so u expect his foot to move 2yds back from that screen shot I'll try to find a better one He caught it at 3-2 1/2 it shouldn't be at the 1
  6. Should be at the 2 .
  7. It's not at the 1 it's a bad call it's 2 or touchback It's not at the 1 it's a bad call it's 2 or touchback
  8. His momentum brought him backwards Just like an offensive player he had control of the ball at the 2 he should have been ruled down at that point or endzone he can't lose yards based on momentum and not get a touchback
  9. I understand this i didn't want to take the time and don't have game rewind a lot on the 2nd drive but I was bringing it up bc I was at home watching and it was like 3 times one drive I will try to find but that's why I wanted to post before the game so people would look for it http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/0ap3000000707984/LeGarrette-Blount-highlights Posted at link watched it on my phone but the views aren't the best but u can still see it
  10. Watching the game Thursday vs the Texans he did this on multiple runs I haven't seen this penalty called at all but wanted to post it ahead of the game to see if anyone else has noticed this 2015 rule NEW RULE: A ban on a ball carrier initiating contact with the crown of his helmet in the open field or by a defender while making a tackle. What the rule changes: A 15-yard penalty will be called if a runner or a tackler initiates forcible contact by delivering a blow with the top/crown of his helmet against an opponent when both players clearly are outside the tackle box (an area extending from tackle-to-tackle and from 3 yards beyond the line of scrimmage to the offensive team's end line). Incidental contact by the helmet of a runner or a tackler against an opponent would not be deemed a foul. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000238662/article/new-nfl-rules-crownofhelmet-change-to-help-runner-defender
  11. I think it should have been put at the 2 He established his catch then and his momentum took him into the end zone
  12. Also depends on down and distance so likely a higher %
  13. Exactly he hit a big kick Missed any easy one In this game the fg was more important
  14. So why is Blount allowed to lower his helment and lead with it every run did they just stop calling this rule
  15. Not calling holding either
  16. Hey maybe this brings us back to the 90s
  17. http://youtu.be/gWPUGi7x_bQ Dolphins fan
  18. He is talking about chan and fitz
  19. Best thing to enjoy today
  20. Dude was fighting something nasty I'm cool with the suspension of 4 games if it made his life better while going through it or it helped him over come it Get in football shape and be back week 5 I understand why they wouldn't appeal but yes it would have been a nice conversation to bring up for future situations
  21. Okay yes it's a tax I was meaning it's not bc they are in the 1% It's tax more like a commission tax as well as the state tax even the smallest pay is taxed at this high right it isn't bc of the bracket they fall in to Like dez has no state tax but his real pay is cut in half yes bc he is taxed in other states but that isn't what drop the pay down https://smartasset.com/taxes/nfl-jock-taxes If you look at that they have a diagram shows a federal tax rate at 41% something like that ....and that's similar to sales commission tax and that's why I was saying it wasn't about the 1%er it was more Of the tax catorgory
  22. State tax has nothing to do with it They are taxed a higher rate bc it's tax like commission would be I get taxes around 30-40% on commission checks and I am not in the 1%
  23. 6/10 the rest of the way would be 6 wins 4 losses 60% win percentage Ya 4-2 makes us having to win 7/10 of the non division games which idk if we can do seems crazy to get to 11 wins since its been forever we went 4-2 last year and got us no where so that's why I went 5-1
  24. 5-1 in division play 6/10 in the rest
