I think refs messed this up a lot After the fumble / punch he was down in play and then an offensive penalty happened after the first down so it should have been clocked moved back to when he was down then 10 sec run off and clicking rolling right ? And it should have been 1st and 25 since it was after the first down happened and after the play then the player also went backwards and forward progress stopped in bounds
