  1. This occurred to me so I bought a Hamlin jersey. But also gave his charity $30, it’s not a huge deal.
  2. Allen has to be sharper and get in rhythm. It has been a minute. If/when he gets there the team is good enough to win a SB. Road and home games won’t matter.
  3. Of course he does. Those are the only people he pays. Try and keep up.
  4. Buffalo has had some issues with drops. The OL is mediocre. Allen attempts way too many low percentage throws. Many times ignoring the easy yardage/completion in front of him. All of these things are true at the same time.
  5. The Buffalo Bills vs the Amherst Athletics her we come! I don't think the poster thought that the Raiders play in Oakland anymore but that Oakland has a huge Raiders following since they just left recently. The Raiders will be synonymous with Oakland for a long time. Moving to Vegas won't change that in the short term.
  6. I wish they would feature him. I would rather everybody watch him blow rather than keep him quite until he finds his footing.
  7. I think the Bills/Pats, NYJ/MIA, JAX/TEN, and CLE/PIT games will all be at the same time. They won't want to kill one with the result of another
  8. I’m largely frustrated with not getting more pass catchers the ball. We move guys around a lot. We send Knox out on routes as much as any TE in the league. But we just throw the same 4 guys the ball. Some of that is Dorsey. Some Allen.
  9. The Bills could line up in a heavy set and have a real chance of throwing the ball. Especially if Cook is the RB.
  10. I had a 4 and 5 game parlay that included both NE and Carolina covering. An extra special FU to BB and TB to start the new year.
  11. I would. The league likes to keep games that influence each other together. If Buffalo/NE have a bearing on Jets/Miami/Bengals/Ravens then they won’t be in prime time. Those games will happen at the same time.
  12. I took the Pats at -2.5 and Carolina at +3.5 in a 4 game parlay. It’s like deja vu. Screwed by Brady and Belichick again.
  13. 2 reasons: 1. I would prefer them over NYJ or MIA in the playoffs. 2. I have them covering -2.5 in both a 4 and 5 game parlay.
  14. I put a couple bucks on NE to cover -2.5. I also have that as part of a multi-game parlay. Ugh
  15. Except Shaq Lawson is on the roster and better at all the things. Shaq has been a good but not great player for us at times. Basham could be good a some point but he’s yet to be good enough.
  16. I try not to include Tre. Not as a knock on McBeane, but you get into a weird grey area of who is responsible for which mistake/win. I feel like it muddies the water.
  17. I can half get behind this. There have been some mistakes. But you can't throw out Allen, Milano, Edmunds (who is coming to life), Rousseau. We are just at a moment where some roster and draft choices are compounding issues. Part of it is we dedicate a lot of vet special team players rather than using special teams as a proving ground to get better. Milano is a good example of that, but we don't have many other examples since 2017. With all of our continued offensive line and run game woes we have actually had one of the highest paid OL, DL, and LB corp on a number of seasons. Cap allocation is part of the total picture. We continue to devote resources without return.
  18. I agree with this. Unsure if alarming is the word I would choose but I think I agree with the sentiment. Signing Beasley and Brown is needed but is also seems dumb. They might not be on the 53, but they take spots on game day. Neither are as good Hodgins. The Bills have made a few bad roster choices that they have and will have to make up for in cap dollars, re-signings, and drafting. I am not a draft guru, but my immediate thoughts were "if we are lucky he will be as good as Chris Kelsay. He still isn't as good....
  19. Let me start by saying I am a big fan of McBeane at scale. But... The redrafting and comitting of resources to the same position groups feels like it is catching up to us. Basham, AJE, Rousseau, and Miller as the 4th highest paid pass rusher. We have done similar with with RB. Now we are going into an offseason with minimal cap space (or kick the can down the road), 20+ UFA's, and big needs at OL and WR. Ultimately I think Moss, Hines, AJE, and Basham took away the opportunity to help get people in the building for ignored position groups. Getting cute with Hodgins doesn't help either. We also don't seem to get a ton out of a lot of rookie contracts lately until they push the end of the deal and need to be renewed.
  20. Bumping my own shame. I am an idiot. Many of you pointed that out.
  21. “I am so glad this staff is more cautious about injuries than those turds in Miami. That would never happen here” -TBD posters commenting on the Dolphins after Tua was cleared to play twice by Doctors. “So glad Morse is playing. We need him in there if we are going to have a shot” -TBD posters after Mitch Morse is cleared after only 5 days from suffering his 6th NFL concussion Stay classy guys… EDIT: This is a dumb post. I think I paused time with the Blizzard. It was definitely not 5 days. He got injured the week before. I will not delete and I will leave this post in shame.... ,
  22. I hope he retires at the end of the season no matter the result.
  23. I don’t think it’s a “surprised”. He isn’t back to form. That’s expected. But also, he’s going to be targeted because of it. It is what it is.
