  1. 100%. His contract has huge money protected against injury. So when the time comes and he walks away it will go like this: Tua: I want to play footbal. Doctor: Yeah...I can't clear you to do that. Tua: Ah shucks. Guess I will go home then. (Profit)
  2. NFL : "Sir you don't work here anymore due to the risk of severe injury" Tua: "But I want to" NFL: "No" See how easy that was... Everyday companies and government agencies across theses here United States force people into retirement What world do you live in?
  3. The NFL has a lot of bad orgs at the moment. The issues in Carolina, New York, Tennessee, Chicago aren’t just a bad QB, it’s astonishingly embarrassing leadership across the entire org.
  4. Slightly related, for all the hype Houston is getting, it’s crazy to me they couldn’t put away that Chicago team. That is one of the worst QB, OL, Play calling combos in the league this year and they still had a chance at the very end. As of right now Houston looks to be one of the “pretty good” but not great teams.* * It’s still very early in the season and Stroud is still just a baby in this league. A lot can change.
  5. When I said good I meant elite, which he’s never had elite, size, speed, or strength compared to guys who do have one of those trait. Diggs is a crisp route runner. I agree he’s a good secondary option at this point in his career. My point is that he can’t afford to lose speed like Tyreek can because even an 85% TH is faster than most WR’s. And it’s not like he’s Devante Adams and can just out jump/muscle you for the ball.
  6. I’ll add on that he isn’t a great jump ball ,contested catch, or speed receiver either. It isn’t like as he loses a quarter step here and there and he can still be quicker, bigger, stronger.
  7. I’m not sure he knows some of the plays. Some of these passes look like they are thrown to totally different routes.
  8. I’m not impressed with Williams, but man this OL is so bad. Just take your PS QB and make him the starter. Trying to get this kid up to speed in these conditions will ruin any chance they have of making Williams into a good NFL starter.
  9. Chicago defense is no joke but this should also bring Houston back down to earth.
  10. I never quite understood that, especially for a terrible offense like Chicagos who just cannot move the ball if their life depended on it. Like finally with 1 minute left they’ll be able to drive 80 yards? No of course not. They’ll never get closer to the endzone than they were right there.
  11. A lot of problems in Chicago. A LOT. But man, missing Moore that badly on that 3rd down throw makes me think Williams is going to be a total bust. (Amongst other throws)
  12. Right, noticed his left hand shaking holding the mic. Posted about it. And the person I quoted was saying it was just endorphins. Which is why I mentioned the right hand.
  13. Right hand isn’t shaking holding the mic.
  14. There were multiple occasions where he shifted guys one way and the play went the opposite direction.
  15. That left hand holding the mic in post game was shaking.
  16. Totally agreed. And adding on, I think the performance from Cook took a lot of pressure off the defense. Against a better QB I think our defense loses this game tonight.
  17. Sitting Waddell and Hill but keeping an injured Achane seems like a bad idea. Achane should be the first off the field in garbage time.
  18. We don’t just need better linebacker play we need somebody to get the defense set. Spector was brutal calling the D. Getting Hyde back in the secondary might be the answer.
  19. Based on the wording of this I think there’s zero chance he doesn’t play tonight. And on top of that I think he’ll be pretty explosive. We’ll be pretty disappointed at how not injured he looks.
  20. That sideline catch was super impressive. Hopefully some exciting stuff to come from the kid.
  21. If he did, I think Josh Allen would personally drag him out behind the practice field and put him in the hospital. Von Miller quoted in the police report as saying "I don't know what happened, he just walked right into a door".
  22. This was commonly parroted about the Brady lead Patriots but the Patriots had a worse win % against the AFCE than they did any other division. Really good teams are generally good more often than not no matter who they play.
  23. After Wilson missing the audible then the illegal formation, I cannot wait for Rodgers to pile drive this franchise in his presser.
  24. They aren’t just getting run on, they’re getting punched in the mouth.
  25. Just switched to the Manningcast looks like Bill is on the “Game with Names” set. I know Edelman is a punk but his podcast is pretty good (when Gronk isn’t on).
