  1. 2 things: 1. Surprised there is no MNF thread 2. I just turned the game on. What happened to Gino?
  2. Honestly this is the way it should be. The offense every week should be 6-10 targets to Diggs and 25 targets to 6 other receivers. We have sucked at spreading the ball around. I’ve never been a huge proponent of 1a/1b. You need a guy and a bunch of “pretty good” to spread the defense out.
  3. I look forward to these after a W. They’re my favorite thing the Bills do on social media.
  4. If @Virgil is MIA we have to keep this train rolling. You imagine me sipping champagne from your boot For taste of your elegant pride I may be going to hell in a bucket, babe But at least I'm enjoying the ride, at least I'll enjoy the ride.
  5. I have one. But I don’t wear it ever. I only use it as my slump buster. And then it goes back. But I think after this last Tre injury it has to stay in the closet.
  6. The one that is intriguing to me is Levi Wallace. Unsure if he’s even available but somebody mentioned him earlier. Prorated today he is about $3M. It’s his last year under contract. I wouldn’t give up much of anything. Maybe a 5th for a rental? Otherwise I totally agree with you.
  7. This isn’t hockey, I think a package for players guts this locker room. That won’t happen. If, and that is a big IF. If there’s a trade it will be a pick or two.
  8. You can’t effect their play but you can effect their life. Exhibit A:
  9. So two years ago my jersey of choice was Tre…torn ACL. The next year Poyer…injured. Last year I bought a Rick Jeannerett jersey…he died. This year I started Tre and look what happened. With such a bad opener I switched to my RJ jersey. I figured that he is already dead what else could go wrong? 3-0 baby! I used to think I couldn’t buy jerseys of anybody until they got extended. That wearing a QB jersey was a curse. But apparently I can’t wear jerseys until that person is dead. I’m basically a walking sports voodoo doll.
  10. This! And to your point, there won’t be any decision until this season comes to a close.
  11. Just to be clear I am going to math this for you. 25 years ago there were 30 teams compared to the 32 we have today. You named 5 QB’s. If you cut the worst two teams in the league there would still be 3 bad QB’s. And frankly the Bears and Carolina aren’t a topic as to why some thinks the league sucks at the moment.
  12. The league hasn’t added a team in (checks calendar)… ….21 year! I can get behind a conversation about on how the league is too QB dependent and there just aren’t enough good QB’s to go around. But nobody should be entertaining an expansion that happened nearly a full generation ago.
  13. Come on dude. You have a valid point to make without kicking a guy while he is down. Tre was the first pick of the McDermott era and a major part of turning this thing around. We can say Jackson is a great addition without swiping at a guy who just balled about his career maybe being over in front of a few million people. I don’t know if you can toss your contact out and say “I’ll halve my pay”. I’m not necessarily arguing with you. But I don’t think I’ve heard of it before.
  14. It’s not just this game. Let’s not forget their RT is a disaster. They call him on it once and Andy Reid basically gaslights the league with “woah, where is the consistency, we do this every week. Ow we are getting screwed”. Looks like the league bent over and took it.
  15. I don’t disagree, but when Jones is your best DL by some margin and Ed is playing lights out you don’t want to take any of those guys off the field.
  16. Rewatching some of this game since I’m sick. The calls and no calls KC is getting, particularly on OL, seems worse than anything Brady ever got with NE. Snap after snap they’re lining up wrong, jumping Offside, holding. Then add on the phantom DPI’s. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen it consistently this bad for one team over such huge stretches of plays, quarters, and games.
  17. Just a thought, maybe there should be a “Tre injury” and a “Tre, what do we do at CB/next steps”. I know nobody means any harm but it feels weird to read “good vibes to the guy” backed next to “I guess we’ll have to cut him”. Seems like two different conversations.
  18. I think there’s a path where the team lets him rehab and come back before they make any decisions. It may even help with free agents and extensions down the line. That would be two stars in two years with two major injuries the team stands behind while they get better. Just a thought. I love the guy. I would hate to see him leave the team or leave the league like this.
  19. I hope Tre sticks around and comes back. But I can’t imagine in the short term there is an extension. No way you give a new contract to a guy a couple weeks after blowing his achilles without being able to at least test it first.
  20. I am and was absolutely gutted for the guy. It was hard to watch on national TV. So sad, we watched a guy come to terms with the idea that he might have his entire career ripped away from him in front of millions of people. Tre is my favorite player since Bruce. I feel for the guy.
  21. The last 15 months have been “fire Dorsey” Now “holy shirt, we might lose Dorsey”. What a wild ride this team is. Glad I’m here for it!
  22. Brady had 40. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/leaders/potw_career.htm
