I'd be curious of what the other stats are for this and how that is spread through out the rest of the line. I've heard people tout that Urbik is actually our most capable run blocker. We actually run right more often. I'm on my phone so it is tough to find

this was the most upsetting part of the day today. no direction. which is weird because it seemed as though nix had a plan, people just a few weeks ago wanted to be apart of this club, made lateral career moves to do it....today it all crumbled for me

it's not so much Fitz loving. Contract too high...yes. Stellar production...no. ill timed INT's yes. But by no means was he as terrible as some make him out to be. A lot of people around here like to pick on one guy, just get rid of that guy this year and we will be so much better. Player X is why we lose all of our games. I posted somewhere else that I don't necessarily care for being big players in FA with the big time players. What the Bills did today lacked a plan, leadership, and organization. What we can't afford to do is get worse in FA, and that's what we did, with no sign of improving a single starting position. We are worse at QB and worse at G. I would be fine with both of these if it allowed us to save money to get better elsewhere. It didn't and it is going to be a loooooong baaaad season in Buffalo. I have been a Buddy supporter, thought we made some good moves, today was terrible. Fire the guy please

I was ok with the loss of Levitre as long as there was an effort to upgrade multiple positions via FA. Say lose levitre but grab Ellerbe and Landry. I would take that all day. To see us cut Fitz, lose Levitre, and seriously pursue nobody is a step backwards. I am fine with not spending big money on the big name guys during FA. In fact I would rather not. The issue today is that the Bills just got worse through FA and that is pretty upsetting. I would actually have some faith if the Bills went Eric Fisher in the first, guy has been a stud since the Senior Bowl, real nasty blocker. Glenn can kick inside to guard. I think this would actually be a significant upgrade to what we had. Plus add Manuel possibly in the 2nd...he'll be there. I could get behind that team. Right now we seem like a team with no plan though, that's the tough pill to swallow. It will be really difficult to root for this team if they grab Nassib before the 3rd or 4th. By all accounts he will be lucky to be a journeyman back up in this league....GOD NO NASSIB

With Fitzy gone who are we gonna blame for all of our problems now? Who's to blame for the 600 yard games on D? I am sure the loss of Levitre will account for the next time we allow another team to run 300 yards down our throat.

The guy is terrible, only threw 14 TD's to 13 INT's his last season (15 games). He held Minny back for years. Has had multiple seasons throwing more INT's than picks, all that with a stellar D and AP. Fitz was the whipping boy for this franchise. Good for him leaving. Enjoy how terrible QB play can really be buffalo

This very well could have killed the Fitz restructure. For all we know he may have been willing to take less, guy dug the town, the organization, the fans. He had never been more successful, then Buddy goes and ***** on him to other teams. Why would you take a pay cut to work for an employer who just told you, you suck at your job. He'll make the same as a restructured deal with another team either competing to start or I wouldn't be suprised if he became the backup in San Fran

we will be lucky to get 3400 yards 24 td and 16 ints out of anybody we could possibly put on this roster by season start. fitz was the most productive option we had. tavaris is terrible.....TERRIBLE. i was cool with the move at first, but now it is bothering me a bit. We will be worse without him behind center is my guess. Also I am sure the Buddy comments about him barely competing for a backup role didn't help. It is possible Fitzy had pen in hand ready to sign a new deal, then his agent played the phone call and he walked....hell i would too. He is one of 2 QB's we have had in over a decade to beat the Pats....something to think about. Never the answer long term at QB, but our best shot currently

I was hoping either resign Levitre if not go get 2 good free agents. Basictally keep morale high. Keep our own or upgrade 2 other positions. As of now I'd be happy with Henderson (although not super crazy about him) and a DB. I am sure we will pick up a DB before the draft

I'm cool with losing Levitre but if we aren't going to upgrade another position with the money we save, then we should have paid the man. This plus looking like Landry Vasquez and Devito being gone really hurts.

He'll be picked up quickly, either as a stop gap starter for a team in need or I wouldn't be surprised if frisco grabbed him to back up kaepernick. The kid is mobile which could get him hurt. Fitz could easily come in and win a handful of games for them

Spiller primarily runs behind Urbik and Mcintyre. In theory you could move Urbik to lg and start Reinhardt at rg, and get similar production. Any decrease in OL play this year will be mostly due to scheming and the screen game chan used. Getting spiller in space is why he was so good.

If the Bills let Levitre walk, and he signs 8 mil per year somewhere else, would we be happy if we where able to sign Vasquez and Laron Landry both around 5-6mil per year. Essentially we'd be trading Levitre for a comparable Gaurd and starting SS. What about if we sign Landry and DeVito and no Vasquez? I think I would make the first move all day. Urbik is our best blocker on paper anyways. Just to note I would like to keep Levitre at a reasonable 7.5 per cieling.

what are the panthers doing with claussen. id rather kick the tires on him than to waste a 2nd on a 4th round talent.

most people outside of buffalo are saying that Nassib is a 3rd round pick at best. I have heard career backup, and never a starter from some NFL scouts. Only Buffalo takes him a round or two early and throws him behind enter day one

PLEASE NO!!!!. this would set the franchise back further than Losman. This kid is barely a pro QB. He will be lucky to be a career back up. Id rather sign a FA or go with Fitz and wait for a kid with actual upside

for all the praise that peters gets, i have seen a good amount of mocks taking fischer in the first, if they could trade back and grab warmack, that seems more apt to what they need
