From a fan standpoint, I want all the games at the Ralph, from a marketing perspective, I think you keep the game, but give the season ticket holders comparable tickets at the Rogers Center. If there are too many season ticket holders, then set a bench mark, 5 or 10 year consecutive season ticket holders are given comparable seats to the Toronto game. I think that will help the vibe bit. Still don't like it though

I think what the Bills need to do is honor its season ticket holders. Whether all or just the veteran (make up an time frame) or all season ticket holders, it would change the crowd and the environment. Include Toronto in the package and get guys up there.

I think it is worth noting that the Bills haven't posted Stevie's presser. He has drawn just as much anger from fans about the fumble as his reaction to it. The fact that they haven't posted the reaction themselves, points to them being unhappy with it.

Could be wrong, but I thought it was illegal use of hands, or defensive holding, which is not 15 yards. EDIT: checked on it, illegal use of the hands is a 10 yard penalty when on defense and committed on a receiver. Ball placement was correct.

Not an excuse thread. I think field position had a lot to do with our loss tonight, and especially our play on the defensive side of the ball. Defense is already at a disadvantage because the are reactionary, ours especially because it is aggressive and relies on a lot of man coverage. On the offensive side of the ball, the turf makes the QB battle much tougher. Ryan is a much better QB than EJ, on a tough night for receivers, Ryan can put the balls in better places for his receivers, and anticipate them better. At the end of the day, the surface exploited the fact that their skill positions are better than ours. I hate Toronto, I hope we never go back. They need to make more adjustments.

I think it is about drawing a must see team to Toronto. If the Bills had their way, I am sure that they would prefer that they play the Jags up there. Rogers would never pay for that, neither would any body looking to attend. In the contract I am sure they want a relatively decent sized market team up there. At the very least the Bills have done a decent job of keeping teams out who like to play on a fast track, which would be devastating for us. We are lucking Atlanta is having issues this year, because they are one of those teams.

Kyle Williams was te most disruptive player on the field today. The guy is very quietly having a Pro Bowl season. He was in,created, or was a key contributor in every disruptive plate on defense today. He won't have a huge stat line, but he deserves every bit if credit today.

I generally dislike WGR. I never listen, but checked out the vault for this. I think they generally push a little bit, but Marrone's response escalated to aggressive rather quickly. It was generally an awkward conversation overall, and a little aggressive on both sides. A little cringe worthy with the get excited about our troops bit (although I agree), and the whose show is this, mine or yours. Obvious power struggles

What are the notes at the top of most of the plays. Can you go through the order of each. I have an idea, but on some I see 3-10 and 1-10, so I assumed first down. But then some have 3-10, then 2-5. Just trying to see which ones where good and bad. Mostly to see if it is just my eye thinking that our passes from behind center are more effective, or if it is truth?

My biggest problem with Hackett, is the lack of plays called from behind center. We are way more successful every time we either run or pass from the direct snap. There are also a few 3rd down conversions I have watch the replays on that where head scratchers. I have watched them all, or have the pedigree that some people here have but, we will line up 2 wide and one TE on 3rd and 6 and run 2 go routes down the sideline and have the TE in the flat. I am not rewatching every play, but on important downs this type of play call is common. Why no depth in WR routes, and why not more high percentage options. The go route is more or less the lowest percentage passing play in all of football, and we are regularly sending multiples on important downs. It's this type of decision making that is driving me crazy.

I agree with the mechanics. Not sure why we never put him behind center, easier footwork there. That was also our best called game on offense. Tuel also had a better called game and was taking a number of snaps behind center. I seriously think this is the root of all our problems on the offensive side of the ball. I don't get it

This!! The play is over when his knee is down and touched. He had possession at that point. Everything after that is irrelevant.

Just to put things in perspective. There are 32 starting quarterbacks each weak(baring a bye week). At 16 weeks per team that is 512 QB performances per year. 3 years worth of those in the NFL is 1536 QB performance put up between all teams over the course of the regular season. To be within the worst 25 of those is historically terrible. That means 98.4% of all quarterback play is better than Jeff Tuel. That's your solace in the whole situation. Being better than 1.6 percent of all quarterbacks.... It's not the absolute worse.

I just had a similar discussing with my aunt this past week, who is from NO. I am under the opinion that with the abismal season last year from the Saints, Peyton and Brees should not both be considered HoF. Tom Brady and Peyton Manning win more than 7 games last year with that Saints team. I know that those guys are considered the best in the business, but we are talking Hall of Fame. Manning makes every coach he has had look like an elite coach, when the fact of the matter is each one was extremely mediocre pre-Manning. If Brees is elite, NO wins more games. Period. Brees can be remembered as a very very very good QB, but he seems to be a function (to a certain extent) of Peyton at this point. So I don't buy into the look at Brees as an example for Tom Brady nonsense

Tom Brady on the decline? He is literally the only reason that team is winning games. If the decline means the best player on your team, that is currently winning its division, and also Top 3 players in the league, at your position, where all of you are going to the HoF, then yes, Tom Brady is on the decline.
