He is absolutely right. I'm surprised that more pro athletes aren't moving in this direction. In my experience, most modern day Olympians are following similar regimes, with similar approaches to physiology. He is spot on, and he's right, people need to know this. The older I get. The more I appreciate Tom Brady. I hate him for embarrassing our team for over a decade straight. But as a man and an athlete he is a true professional.

There is some whisper of Fitz being let go next year. I'd consider. The only way Bradford becomes available is if he won't resctructure. His contract is too high for us to trade. Locker I guess is an option...I don't think I'd touch RG3. We could roll the dice and toss the 2nd round pick to STL and see if they bite on Bradford, contingent on a restructure. If Alex Smith is worth it so is Bradford. Look for a combination of G/DE in some order with our 2nd/3rd. No FA gaurd worth starting will be picked up. That's assuming we resign both Dareus and Hughes. Our cap situation will be interesting to watch the next few years.

Between Mario, Dareus, Hughes, Manny, KW, and the rest of the rotation on the DL sometimes you have to make tough decisions. Now if he was a QB or OG I would be upset by this. We are a tough team as an unnotable FA to get a look on the DL.

The talent in the defensive side is too good to need to retain Schwartzy for that alone. Part of my interview process with Jim would be what is wrong with the offense, and who is on your list of possible OC's. That's most critical. Not against it, but his time in Detroit scares the poop out of me.

If I remember correctly compensatory picks are the following year. That means this year we are looking at Byrd, which we will get none from since we signed Graham and AW. Correct me if I am wrong. That said if we lose Hughes but resign Spiller and either trade or sign a FA QB, we most likely get nothing.

The defensive voting is borderline garbage I think. Mario and Hughes should both be higher. And Polamalu...? C'mon. Not saying Aaron should be higher, but he and a few others I think are playing better. I think I'd prefer player voting

George Edwards is actually doing a decent job in Minny with that D. Remember he was hired here with a roster full of 4-3 players. Not giving him a pass, but the inherited roster under Gailey/Nix was almost historically bad as far as the Bills are Concerned. A few good ones stay. The rest have basically left the league in only 2 years.

Part of my hopes that he fleeces Marrone and claims a serious injury that he doesn't recover from until the fourth day of the league year. But I like Whaley, so please don't do that MW.

From what I have watched of Manny this year, he has been pretty brutal. Off the top of my head his best plays are the ones where I don't notice him at all. Either take a chance and spend on Bradford or your resign Hughes
