  1. He looked like he was trying to throw the game away out of frustration at one point in the third quarter. A very bad showing against what is widely considered a bottom 5 secondary in the NFL, should be considered borderline terrible.
  2. Allen is a weird player for this fan base man. There’s an odd emotional connection. He played absolutely terrible today. At at some point it can’t always be the HC, OC, OL, WR, and RB’s. The dude had a sh*tty day where he looked like the same exact player as last year in regards to accuracy/precision. Can’t we just call a spade a spade every once in a while man. He sucked today. It happens sometimes. If it keeps happening, he’ll be out of a job and we will search for a new QB . That’s the honest appraisal of the day. Not “he kept trying after 3.5 quarters of bad football, here is my feel good MVP”.
  3. The Jets are waiting for the Bills to screw themselves and playing soft zone. The Bills have taken the ball out of their QBs hands while down by 6 with 5 minutes left in the game. This is not a good development.
  4. Correct. A few more runs here or there would have been good. Daboll targeted a bad secondary. The issue was our QB failed at taking advantage of it by producing a pretty bad day throwing the football
  5. What you you talkin bout Willis? This offense has been atrocious. Is literally responsible for 8 of 16 points. Our 7 just now is thanks to a soft zone and deciding to run. If I were the Jets, I’d do the same. The Bills offense hasn’t been able to get out of their own way for about 50 minutes. I’d definitely play off and trust them to blow themselves up. Nothing about this game reads, “if just this one play didn’t happen”
  6. Looks like the same “temper tantrum” I throw on the golf course. You know, that day where you’re toeing the line between the best round of your life and a few bad bounces ruining everything. Then the round gets gets away from you, and you tee up, shank it; and have a few holes where you look like Happy Gilmore and don’t give a sh*t anymore... Except I am not a profession golfer/athlete, so that type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. If you want to act like a professional toddler, get treated like one. Sit in the effing corner until you can act like a professional. .
  7. Allen is haphazardly chucking it around.
  8. I rarely call for this, but Jesus, this game is there for the taking, sit Allen down. He’s not verily flustered.
  9. Bell is the best (or at least most consistent) player in this game
  10. Allen had a great first series and has made a number of impressive throws, but come on... He dodged a bullet on a terrible throw on a terrible decision that was bailed out with a defensive holding flag on a DIFFERENT RECEIVER. Beasley INT was way low and behind. Catchable yes. Good throw, no. On a slant, the ball went off Beasley’s quad on his trailing leg. It was low and way behind. Watch how many catches receivers are having to stop or change direction the other way towards the ball. Allen has less head scratcher throws, but ball placement has been pretty bad at worse, and super inconsistent at best.
  11. The second was a bad ball that could have been caught. 50/50. It was low and behind on the slant. Came off of Beasley’s back quad not his hands. That’s how low and behind it was. Below the hip on his trailing leg on a slant.
  12. Relax man. Dude has been pretty inaccurate today. That’s not a double standard, he’s consistently been throwing behind his receivers since the first series.
  13. WTF. Ed Oliver is 15 yards in coverage?
  14. Lamar Jackson is 7/7 and almost 200 yards passing and 3 TD. Jesus Christ....
  15. Thank are Oliver for that sack. He took on a big double team to free up Jerry.
  16. Can I place my bet on first offensive play of the game now? Frank Gore through the A gap. Setting up 2nd and 7.
  17. Relax dude, it was a little joke. Do I think the Bills coaches are sub-par. Not necessarily. I do think they are a bit unproven to this point, going 9-7, willingly gutting the roster, then going 6-10. I understand what they are doing, just unsure if it will work or was the night decision. McD does have a history here if being conservative with a bit of a run run pass offense, rarely passing on first down. I agree, some of that may come from personnel. But they’ve yet to show that one way or another as McD enters his third season. I have some concerns, but mostly a lot of question marks, and two seasons of watching them in red white and blue. But your assertion that I think they are bad or sub-par is a reach at best, and flat out wrong at worst.
  18. How do they really win games?
  19. They did rank them as they stand right now. There is no better tandem in the NFL than Tom and Bill. I hate it, but it’s the truth. BB proved last year he can make it work when he doesn’t have the tools. Until that pairing changes or shows a major decline, you can’t move them in a preseason ranking.
  20. Until Allen proves he is a consistent passer (not a runner) in this league, our ranking won’t change (nor should it IMO). He had a strong stretch to finish the year. Allen is currently in a “what if” year. If he improves we will be much better. As much as he played better down the stretch, we also only beat a bad Jets team twice, split a bad dolphins team, beat a bad Lions team, and beat a bad Jax team. He was also at the helm for some pretty bad blow outs. Like putting up ZERO points against GB. I think our defense is a bit over rated. I’d probably put them last year around the 8-12 mark. Definitely not 2. We can’t tout Allen’s ability and our highly ranked defense with the amount of absolute blow outs we hadn’t last year. Also our RZ sucked on both sides. Something has to give here. Our O-line is upgraded with Mitch Morse (concussions) and tier two linemen. OL can be funny. That could be enough to make it a very good unit, but could also still be bottom half. John Brown isn’t scarring many people as anything other than fast right now. The have the the Bills at 7-8 wins right now. I’d peg them right around 20 with what our known commodities are and unanswered question marks.
  21. J.E.S.U.S. C.H.R.I.S.T. ??
  22. Allen has yet to really show he’s a QB who gets the ball out quickly or looks for the underneath routes. That doesn’t mean he can’t, it just mean he hasn’t yet. If that’s been the focus all offseason for him, we are about to get a good look at it week one. I don’t know why, but I am having nightmares this week of a Doug Marrone offense/game plan, where we play a stout front 7 (like the Jets), and come out with a game plan to run right at it, like a bunch of a-holes.
  23. Sam Darnold is better at throwing the football accurately, or precisely, or whatever we’ve agreed to call it now.
  24. Whoops. I saw them on Spotrac and didn't see the ERFA designation. I will remove.
