  1. Thanks. I was scrolling through their roster quick I must have looked at the wrong line on my phone. Looks like a FA. I’d consider kicking the tires as a back up next year if the team wanted to move in from Barkley.
  2. Heineke looks decent and seems to be tough as nails. Dude is the 3rd QB and a rookie. Good for him. Wish he wasn’t a rookie under contract. Seems like a guy that would be a great back up for what we do in Buffalo.
  3. Honestly, if you think he can help you, probably sit Robert’s. I love the dude, I think he’s quality, but I don’t think we miss much by bringing in McKenzie rather than a KR/PR specialist. I don’t have an opinion on it in reality. The sample size was just so small against a team that gave up. But it seems like we have times where we really struggle to run the ball in the early and mid parts of games. AW seemed to be a glimpse of part of that fix. I just don’t know if that’s a mirage.
  4. I imagine a lot of 4-5 WR sets, and the possibility of everything running through Josh. Something like the first Jets game or the Chargers game. If Josh has to drop 300+ and rush 10-12 times, so be it.
  5. I have been thinking about this a lot lately. After the game I was amped it would be Indy, just because they don’t do anything scary....but they do do just about everything well. as we get closer to kick off nerves go up, and right now I am not sure I want any part of any AFC playoff team at the moment.
  6. Also fair. Luck can be a fickle birch tree.
  7. I do stuff like this week to week with socks, zubaz, sweatshirts, etc. but I won’t wash them. Why would you want to wash the luck off?
  8. Love it! But why is Chad Johnson in a box at a Bills game during the pandemic? Seriously, I’m super curious. I didn’t even think families were in the stadium. No fans seems to be no fans. (Also, closing down the thread for this was silly. It’s not actually related to the Indy game)

  10. I’m nearly positive it’s been reported that the DB’s start every practice with dancing. So any talking head jumping to any conclusion, I think it’s status quo. Glad the team is coming together and not wound too tight. Reminds me of Cool Runnings when the Jamaican Bobsled found their groove entering the arena. It’s just always been who they are.
  11. I get it, it was Miami, but given the flat/reduced cap this year if it’s between Robert’s or McKenzie, I am going with McKenzie all day long. Backs up an aging (but not old) Beasley well and can double on ST. Robert’s is one dimensional.
  12. Does that mean he’s planning on dressing?
  13. Right, not to mention that Labatt has changed hand like 3 times in the last 10 years and 95% of people have no idea. Haha
  14. So, like, are Williams and Milano bad now?
  15. Can we have a Shane Falco moment where Josh just pegs Buckner in the head with the ball on purpose? This is the way. Get up two scores and they’ll have to start tossing it around.
  16. I am actually a Gailey fan as an OC and what he can do with very little. But if Daboll leaves I wouldn’t be mad if Chan came in, but I don’t think Chan’s style fits with our offensive personality/personnel. Also, I think I’d prefer some continuity and move Dorsey up...assuming Daboll doesn’t take him with him.
  17. Not if Chad Kelly has anything to say about it.
  18. Meh, I’m more concerned with Rivers v. McD’s defense as a DC/HC All time Rivers is up 3-2 with a few very good performances and a few clunkers. Not a whole lot in between. If McD draws it up properly for the 2020 version of Rivers, he’s going to have a very bad day. 2010 v Philly SCORE: 31-21 Rivers STAT LINE: 20/25, 231 yards, 2TD 2012 v Carolina SCORE: 7-31 McD STAT LINE: 16/23, 121 yards, 1 TD 2016 v Carolina SCORE: 54-24 McD STAT LINE: 21/39 251 yards, 2TDs 3INT 2017 v Buffalo (Peterman Game) SCORE: 54-25 Rivers STAT LINE: 20/32, 251 yards, 2TDs 2018 v Buffalo SCORE: 31-21 Rivers STAT LINE: 23/27, 256 yards, 3 TDs
  19. Running up the score? I find that really frustrating. Feels like that thread was made to gaslight me specifically. How can you call it running up the score when you pull your starters at half time and even start grabbing guys who have never played in an NFL game? Allen at the end of the half- Dolphins scored. There are concerns as to whether Barkley can actually play. They just wanted a buffer in case we didn’t score again. I have no issues. I hoped they would do that actually. Barkley to Davis- Davis had 1 on 1 on the outside, you take it. At what point is it on the Dolphins starter to stop the back up QB against rookie WR4 in a just win game? Also, Barkley’s arm blows, that ball barely made it.
  20. You left out the part where the Titans players held practices outside of their facility when they were supposed to be closed down. You can’t say the Browns broke protocol and the Titans didn’t. Fan bases across the country thought the Titans should have forfeited because they had multiple position groups meeting to practice after they closed the facility. It wasn’t just Bills fans making the noise.
  21. This! I have been lurking on their boards the last few days. I think the Bills should win this game 95/100 times but it’s the playoffs and something like this happens every year. Best way to counter act their run game IMO is to get a two score lead early. Force Indy to get out of the run and play some catch up. Trying to play ball control against a team whose ethos is ToP will only keep them comfortable doing what they’re doing. Make them drop back and pass more than they want to to play catch up and get Josh in rhythm early. Run the truck plays early. Get the defense guessing and get up by 10-14 in Q2. Force noodle arm Rivers to get the team back in the game.
  22. They had 17 weeks to set that precedent. I could see them moving games as they become more important to the super bowl. But if they do it in the wild card, then again for the divisional and/or conference rounds, you may have lost the ability to make the adjustments for the super bowl.
  23. Ah, this reminds me of a time when every week there would be a new “Hire Mike Leech” thread.
  24. I took the under at like week 6 on 65% in another thread. And I was still going to be happy with the jump! Haha. He was down and at 67% I think, and trending down.
