  1. Really hoping Favre gets fired up and the two of them just start talking football. They could literally just film this in Peytons living room with and have guys walk in and out. When Peyton gets fed up with you, he tells you to GTFO and the next guy comes in. A survivor series if you will. I want Eli, just standing outside a bay window staring in silently for a full 3 hours.
  2. I agree with all of this, another poster here more well versed in OL play than me, mentioned that our guards are not terribly mobile, so getting those guys out into space to set up quality screens is tough. I have just been like some old man yelling at clouds that our screen game blows. Ha! Anyways, that made a lot of sense to me, and I am tempted to put the screen game on the guards rather than the QB or WR. We have enough shifty and quick twitch WR's to make plays.
  3. Peyton just said something I never thought of. “when they’re in zone you can’t hold the ball very long” Josh haha traditionally held onto the ball a long time compared to the rest of the league AND struggled against zone coverage.
  4. Relax, this is basically just Peyton getting hyped up watching football while also trying to give his brother a job after football. It is a glorified zoom call. Gronk a dog is barking, he’s showing everybody his dog. It’s hilarious if you just don’t accept it for what it is. It would be even better with a guy with better command of a broadcast. But this needs a football guy not a commentator like Nantz or Al Michael’s. Romo and Peyton would be awesome.
  5. Brady gives him the spark notes.
  6. We all have our vices though…. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.sportressofblogitude.com/2012/09/19/rob-gronkowskis-former-porn-star-friend-uploads-new-photo-of-her-and-gronk-pic/amp/
  7. Rumor has it he has lived off his endorsement money and as saved all of his contract money. I think he’s super responsible with his cash actually
  8. Eli is just speaking to speak. Eli is supposed to be some sort of Al Michael’s. But he sucks at it. He just interrupts Peyton. Like, “OK Eli, the adults are talking, we will get your juice in a minute”
  9. “I think our conversation is bugged, just like the Patriots used to do” -Peyton Manning, live broadcast.
  10. I’m watching the Manning’s. I love Eli for being the anti-Tom Brady, but this could really just be Peyton talking about the game and what he’s saying. But Eli is useless and annoying here.
  11. I don’t hate the Lions in all white. It’s just that the grey is such a good look for them.
  12. I would add, an over reliance on hitting the deep shots. We are just not hitting anything consistently running or passing.
  13. Good point on the team numbers from last year. I just pulled them up. We were so pass heavy last year that our total YAC was decent/mediocre at 14. But YAC/Comp we were 22 at 4.7 YAC/Comp. Actually a slight decrease from 2019 where we averaged 5.0 YAC/Comp.
  14. One thing that stood out to me re: the Bills during the KC-BAL game is guys making plays with the ball in their hand. Our YAC is abysmal with one player in the top 100 in the league. Last year we had 3 I believe, with Diggs at 13. A lot goes into that between Josh, Daboll, and the WR room. Two biggest factors I think are 1. Daboll likes the curl route more than most OC's (just by my eye) and likes it even more when Josh is cold to get him on target. 2. When Josh is off like he has been the last two weeks or earlier in his career, he doesn't put the ball in a great place to make a play after the catch.
  15. Considering the fastest clocked speed in the NFL is over 23 mph. No, not really close. Matt Breida was clocked at 22+ mph in 2019. Singletary is about 15% slower than the fastest guy in the league. If the EZ was another 5 to 10 yards, he would have been caught from behind.
  16. I am admittedly not nearly as high on Edmunds as others here. But today is the weirdest time to call out "the mistake". McD gave him a game ball yesterday.
  17. Vlad Ducasse
  18. I think until the Bills can find a way to duel the chiefs in close games, the league/TV listings will see the Chiefs vs. Baltimore as a better match up. Lamar is 1-3 against KC. 2 were by 3 points and one of those went into OT.
  19. Meh. They are worthy of SB discussions and beat the king of the AFC hill. Not sure there is a giant difference between being called the best team in the AFC or the 2nd or 3rd best team in the AFC.
  20. Looked like Harbaugh left this decision up to Lamar. I respect it.
  21. The problem with that is we don’t have anybody nearly as talented as Lamar with the ball in their hands. He’s one of, if not the most dangerous runner in the league.
  22. Hoping to see some life out of GB tomorrow
  23. Question, do you go for two again?
  24. People are too hard on Lamar. He doesn’t play the position like anybody else, but he also has a totally different skill set. He misses some stuff here and there, but he’s a good passer even if he misses some reads. He’s got the legs to make up for it at the moment.
  25. I’ll take the under on that.
