I think he gets an all-pro nod. There isn’t a better QB in the AFC right now. Maybe Mahomes gets the other first team spot because of his resume. Rodgers is having another great year. But I would rather be an All Pro than get a Pro Bowl spot in 2021.

I think after Cole being so vocal this year and bringing more guys with him like Davis, this staff will work to reward somebody like McKenzie who got his shot early in camp, and balled when Beasley bailed on his teammates. People have been ripping on Sanders all year. Rightfully so. But as long as your WR2 and WR3 are at risk of missing 10 days minimum at a time, you have to keep bringing in guys like Sanders to mitigate the risks. It paid off today.

He is PS eligible so and the Giants are in a rough spot so he’ll kick around until somebody needs to actually waste a roster spot on him.

I really wanted to get behind the front end of this. But you devolved from pro-McKenzie to anti-McD. Ive always like McK. I think Beasley does a better job at finding the holes in the zone but McK is better with the ball and is more explosive. I hope we find a way to keep him around next year.

Looking to grab a white Poyer jersey, but the online Bills store, NFL shop, and Dick’s are out of mediums. The rest of the sites are places I’ve never heard of and they’re like 50 bucks. Not trying to get a Chinese knockoff. Do you guys have any places you recommend online?

It’s not the worst idea but you’re probably right from a timing perspective. We do have Stevenson who has speed and isn’t tiny at 5’10”. What’s the deal with Hodgins?

I think Beane has narrowed our SB window. By how much? Unsure. We aren’t doomed by any means, but the FO hasn’t given itself any wiggle room with missing on replacement players on the OL, DL, CB, or MLB.

As good as Beasley has been for us, I am not sure he is our best slot receiver. I think Sanders may be better there with Diggs/Davis on the outside. I like Beasley to find the holes in the zones, but think McKenzie is probably better with the ball in his hands as well.

The Pats proved they don't actually need to throw the ball to beat us....as long as we don't score any points. The Bills couldn't stop the run knowing full well the pass was not an option. I have a good amount of worry that that issue becomes worse when passing is allowed. That said, it only takes a couple of stops. The Bills need to take points wherever they can, and force NE to drop back more often than they would like.

I was helping with some holiday stuff at halftime. But I did have it on. I thought the halftime crew was critical of the entire team, and largely crediting Joshing for constantly putting the Bills on his back. They seemed to hate that the OL and lack of running game were making it really difficult on the QB.

The simplest answer is just respect and end goal. There’s a lot of HS has-beens on the interwebs that think disrespect is the proper answer to any issues. At the end of the day, these guys are ago work. This isn’t how you treat coworkers or employees. It shouldn’t be the expected response to somebody you respect. Dawkins gives us the flexibility to take the best OL available with our pick.

I forget how, but I believe there is a world where the Broncos are involved if they win out. Again, only if the Bills lose to the Pats. The Pats game is basically the Bills SB unfortunately. Things are REALLY difficult if they drop that game. EDIT: Also, if the Bills win out, and the Pats lose to Indy, Buffalo wins the division. Weird year.

This is probably the best arguement for Allen for MVP. I also thought Manning should have won MVP the year he missed before the drafted Luck.

I feel better about this team after that loss than I have in a few weeks. Anything can happen.

Right, it could. The Bills are 5-5 in conference play which is meh. 7-5 basically clinches them at 7-5 I think.

With $9M in space, I’m not sure what the fix is this off-season.

I think the Bills going 3-2 with wins against NE and NYJ seals a playoff spot. But this team looks checked out.

Meh. I think the Bills still have a good chance going 3-2. Dropping both Pats games makes it tough because of the conference/division record. 3-2 with a win vs. the Pats and Jets all but clinches I think. The rest of the wild cards all play each other so I don’t think that anybody misses at 10-7. But if they all do we are in rough shape thanks losing to TN, Indy, and Pitt. 5-5 in the conference hurts us.

You mentioned that Beane dug us out of cap hell, or something similar. Our two weakest links on the roster are also our two highest paid units in both cash and draft capital. White washing the lack of production of the OL and/or DL with "we have a top 10 offense and a top 10 defense" is relatively useless. The defense is good. But our production from our DL given our investment is bad. Josh Allen is good, our OL is not top 5, but we pay them like they are. All teams have issues, that is fair. But we have invested heavily in our issues and they are still not up to par.
