I am curious what they mean by "no ticket transfers". Like I can go on StubHub right now and grab a pair of tickets to that game. Does that just mean I won't physically receive them until Friday but can purchase now?

As much as I want this to be about Buffalo..... Cincinnati is only 4 hours from Nashville. That would be like the Bills playing in Albany this week. I am sure Bengals fans are going nuts to get to this game. Imagine the Bills in 2017, they break the drought, beat Jacksonville, then their next game is in Pittsburgh. We would have gone nuts!

I came to say this, bone bruises are no joke, like at all. I rowed, raced team Canada, and went through selection camp for the world rowing championships on a broken rib. That was super painful, but pain management was possible. A few years later I got a bone bruise on my foot playing soccer...Jesus, I could not walk right for months, it was brutal. I can't imagine trying to make cuts like Lamar.

We just need to get through this offseason and keep our own at the moment. 2023 is a big FA year for us. Notable are Knox, Singletary, Morse, Ed Oliver (5th year), Poyer, and Edmunds. Plus a looming expensive extension for Diggs. Special mention for Dane Jackson, his contract will be dependent on what we do with Wallace after this season. Spotrac is estimating we have $70M free including $10M from this years roll over. I would be shocked if they let Poyer walk, he will command $15M, Edmunds hopefully gets something done in the $12-13M range, Oliver will take $10, if we are lucky we get Knox in the $8-10M range. That leave us ~$25M to make some other moves and extend Diggs. Getting more production from the DE's we drafted will be important going forward. Long and short, if we can hit this draft and nail this years roster changes, I think we can solidify a window of another 3-5 years.

Ok so hear me out further. This game is basically first team to 100. Defense doesn’t matter. With Josh switching to TE, Poyer was a HS QB. Do we think we will win by 50 or 60 if we put Poyer behind center? I think the Bills are 0-2 or 0-3 when Allen catches the ball. Hard pass.

Here me out, we have a real lack of depth at TE, if Knox gets turf toe tomorrow and can't go tomorrow. If Allen can learn TE in 4 days, do you think it is possible he sets the single game receiving record against KC?

The ask from OP though isn't for George Wilson to play SS. It is for Isaiah McKenzie to cover in man to man against Tyreek Hill. The time it would take for Isaiah to become a starting man to man corner is significant, and would require him to bail entirely on being a WR. Let alone be that guy in a week. George Wilson was also 6' 214lbs. I believe for last years Ravens game it was reported that IM was playing Lamar Jackson on the scout team to help get them up to speed. The Bills using IM like Hill on game day and in practice is most certainly his best use.

It is an absolutely crazy idea that Isaiah McKenzie can learn to play CB at a high enough level to cover one of the most dangerous WR's in the league in just one week. The next major issue is going to be size. Unless McKenzie can become good enough to live on an Island with Hill in the next 5 days, he is a liability at a very small 5'8". Have there been really successful 5'8" CB's? Maybe, I cannot name one. But none of them switched to CB mid-season, let alone mid-week in the playoffs to cover one of the better talents in the league. It could totally happen I guess if McKenzie were a totally different human though....

This is so dumb. Trading picks without legal proceedings and gaurantee from the league that Watson is at no risk of being suspended is beyond irresponsible.

It will depend on how we do with drafts and FA decisions the next few years. I am glad the OL is gel-ing. It allows us some patience in letting rookies progress over the next year or two rather than need them to impact on day one. Phillips, Wallace, McKenzie, Edmunds resigning or getting immediate and comparable production will be a major defining factor.

Looking at this weekends schedule again, I really thought Buffalo v. KC would be the Saturday night game and Rams v. TB would be Sunday Night. It is a more compelling match up and bigger markets than GB v SF.
