I’m not sure I’ve seen this anywhere. There has been. “Josh sucked.”, “bad QB play cost us the game today”, “Josh was bad on Sunday” etc. but “Josh sucks” is future. Like “Zac Wilson sucks”. Nobody is saying this.

In Romo’s defense Dane Jackson out played Wallace by a significant margin the back half of last year and has been lights out until the last few weeks. A couple weeks ago he was allowing so thing like 48% completion rate, a 50 passer rating, and 1 TD. I am just sort of baffled as to WTF is going on with him two weeks in a row. He’s getting abused out there. At his current rate he needs to be replaced. But I’m really hoping he finds his game again. He’s not the only one though. It just feels like so many players on the team have lost their mojo. This team feels like the movie “Rookie of the Year”. We are just at the point where the kids arm goes back to normal.

Sure, some of it is adversity. But also some of it is that we just have bet been playing good football for a month now. I am slow to blame bad QB play on snowstorms and injuries when it started 2 weeks before any injuries.

Yes Josh is awesome, and likely will go down as the best Bill of all time. But when it comes to total touchdowns, Josh’s running is in addition to. Not in place of. It feels disingenuous to try and compete with a record set by Marino, one of the greatest pure passers of all time, by adding in rushing TD’s in a different era of football all together.

This week makes a lot of sense. 3-4 weeks prep from IR/PUP. I suspect he’ll be on a pitch count with a week to prep and recover for NE where he’ll be close to full go, then 10 days to see how the knee feels between NE and Miami. Theres a a high likelihood that the staff had this calendar as part of their possibilities.

This likely is not the case. I had a similar situation at a similar level. Cleared by doctors, but the injury still wasn’t right and it was effecting my body mechanics and was still causing pain. Coaches were the ones to keep pulling me. Not myself. But if he is, then it is what it is. You can’t force a guy to play at a high level in the NFL. I really like Tre the person and I wish him the best at wherever life takes him. He’s a human, not here for your entertainment. He’s was never a “take the money and run” kind of guy. He was the first guy to realty start to turn this ship around.

Once you sign your QB to the big contract you get your Diggs/Kelce and maybe another weapon if you’re lucky. Otherwise the expectation is that the QB starts to make the WR’s. I’m sorry what.

God, if we could get a healthy Edmunds, White, and Hyde back for late December/early January… There aren’t enough tube socks available….

I liked him at first a year or two ago. But it just doesn’t stop. He doesn’t have another gear. It’s the same schtick on repeat. He’s fine, he just doesn’t need an hour or podcast. Just a character on a panel is fine.

Kyle’s brand is a combination of WWE and trying to copy the authenticity of guys like McAfee or PMT. Brandt is all gimmick and no substance. “Josh, you’re a first round pick. What’s your first round pick for thanksgiving sides?” He’s always all “hammed” up.

God, Kyle Brandt is so annoying. What a terrible interviewer. I keep trying to like his podcast since Josh is on, but it’s so forced and awkward.

They used Tre as the cover of one of the online game day programs a few weeks ago. Maybe GB? I thought for sure he’d play (until he was listed as inactive)

OK. Now do Chase Young…. Based on the vibe of the Tre White thread, if you’re going to go the “everyone is different” route you should cite both.

I think Beane has done an overall good job. We entered the season as SB favorites and last years KC game proved to be the two best teams in the league. But… I would be remiss if I didn’t mention I had some concerns going forward. We’re tight against the cap, and have over committed resources at some position groups without premier return. Namely our continuous misses at RB and out DL with is good but not elite. Every time we draft another Basham, Groot, Moss, etc. to make up for Singletary, Epenesa, it means we don’t take a player for another position group that needs help. The Bills are tight against the cap with 20+ players with contracts coming up and real issues at OL, an expiring Morse contract, starting RB, WR depth, Safety, and LB depth going forward. They’ve pushed all their chips in this year, but for all the talk of “being sustainable” going forward, I’m a bit cautious when I break it down by position group.

I don’t think the Bills have a choice. He’s proven too valuable at this point. Especially with us not knowing how Hyde will return from neck injury. I would also like to not grab more defensive players in the top of the draft. We have a lot of holes on the OL.

I’ve been critical of Stef on how he handles some things. I was relatively impressed with this one. So…that’s been my chief complaint of Allen the last few weeks. He’s forcing a lot to Diggs. Like last week Diggs had 12 targets in the second half alone. It’s too much. The entire offense, hell the entire game just sort of felt awkward. But Allen wasn’t sharp. I certainly yelled at my TV about some pretty bad throws.

Benford is “fine”. If he’s starting with Tre, Poyer, and Hyde. I don’t think Benford or Elam are ready to carry the load they’re carrying in this defense. I think Jackson is having a great year despite today. Most teams would be happy to have him start on the outside with the over all year he’s having.

What a weird take-ish. Dane Jackson has been lights out for 10 weeks. He’s a legit starter. He’s allowed 1 TD YTD, 50% completion, and a 53 QB passer rating. I wouldn’t lump him in “worst DB’s in the league” I haven’t liked our back up safety play. Although Hamlin is a lot better than Johnson. But Hamlin is a good back up. Taron Johnson has struggled more than usual. Benford nor Elam are ready yet. At least not ready to start on the outside without a lot of veteran help from CB1, and two starting safeties. Just too many back ups and death by 1000 paper cuts.

I think our backup secondary is excellent compared to other backup secondary’s. I think they’re “meh” as a starting unit. Jackson has had a tough two weeks. Unfortunate, I’m high on him. I am a bit disappointed in DL. We paid Von, and spent a million top 100 picks on those guys, I expect a ton of production against the run and pass even when injured.

Oh Jesus. I’m an idiot. I agree with Brady here. I originally read this as pooping on the AP (Associated Press) for releasing private text messages, and that AP was further discrediting their name as a news source. Wow. AB makes way more sense. Haha.

Ummm, OK.... That is an opinion I guess....

I would love to be a fly on the wall and be able to see the play call vs. the play ran. The running game is going. Like 7 different players catch the ball in the first half. The suddenly…constant shots at the end zone. Target Diggs like 12 times alone in the second half. Nobody else for 3 targets. Then only run the ball like 4 times. I just need to know who is doing the cocaine at half time? Allen or Dorsey?
