Question for STH, is there an option for away games to purchase through the Bills? Or is it resale market only?

Question for my other season ticket holders.
Is there an option to buy KC tickets through the team/my ticket rep?

Pro tailgating tip- most Bill Mafia already knows.
We like to pack thermos's with hot soup(chowder, broth, etc). As we unpack, and set up, we sip on hot soup. The warm soup hits the spot and helps warm you up
Another pro tip on a cold tailgate. If you’re fire pit people use wood and charcoal. The charcoal burns much much hotter and longer. You won’t get as much flame but you’ll get way more heat.

I think people might confuse it with our new stadium which will have a heated field.
It’s actually insane to me that a ST Coordinator could be getting that so wrong within 48 hours if their toughest and most important game of the season.
These guys are sleeping in their offices this time of year. And it can’t be just him. That has to be something that the staff has just assumed all week. Like these guys have definitely been working with the equipment guys all week about cleats, tape, long sleeves, gloves. And 48 hours out they still think the field is heated?
This alone makes me feel a lot better about this game. Their prep has been terrible.

Yep I think he is going to regret not practicing with one because I think he gonna be putting one on. His hand is going to be frozen solid.
The guy you hear say "if the Bills go to the playoffs, Josh Allen needs to win MVP" is the same guy that argued passionately all season that its Lamar.
I could be wrong, but I don’t think Allen plays with one either.
If he can’t throw the ball with a glove he can’t. He isn’t the first and wont be the last. I think this is blown way out of proportion. This isn’t the GB/Giants game. It’ll be cold but I think manageable with hand warmers for the QB.

Hollins as a ST’er. It getting any votes was criminal.

How about breaking his hand on J K?

He's also trash for cheating, trash for being at Ichigan. He should have stayed up there but they did not want to have that foul cheater up there.
At the risk of derailing, if JK played for any other team we’d remember that moment as two trash people being trashy together.
I won’t hold it against anybody for punching 90’s and early aughts Jim Kelly in the face.

Whelp thats a couple hours out of his day where he either isn't coaching, watching film, designing a game plan, or catching up on sleep.
Maybe try and fit in a third on Saturday coach.-

I don't even bet on the Bills anymore (ish). I stopped in 2022 after the Packers game. I had like a 12 leg parlay for the game that would have paid out like $2000 on $50. Bills were up by and I had Allen on the over for 250 passing yards. The Bills were up by 3 scores in the third and I was rooting for Bills fumbles and Packers TD's so that we would start throwing the ball again.
I walked out of that game and was like "WTF am I doing". I placed one more bet on Buffalo this year vs Arizona, a couple of prop/parlays and missed and I missed it on taking the over on 3 catches from Marvin Harrison Jr. I left the game angry at a win again.
I am sure I will break my own rule again at some point. But I hate the way it feels to win and miss out on a bet. -

Who are they taking off the field for Cole Bishop?
Taylor Rapp and/or Damar Hamlin? Seems unlikely.
Taron Johnson? Highly unlikely.
Matt Milano or Terrel Bernard? Absolutely not.
Dorian Williams? I mean, maybe but that also means that Taron Johnson isn't on the field...
Let e start by saying that I do not believe that our backup rookie safety who has struggled to get on the field is going to play a big part in the game on Sunday.
But if he does.....
I wouldn't be shocked if he comes in on running downs for Hamlin. He is a bit more of a thumper than Damar. The reason I mention is because if we do go 3 LB's or 5 DT's at points I think we go single high safety and Damar is also first off the field.-

I figured this week they'd be replaying our week 4 game against the Ravens. No way around it, right? But it makes sense that they'd replay our playoff DEFEAT of the Ravens too, right?
But NO! What other Bills content to we have leading up to the game?
Our divisional round loss from last season to the Chiefs. And the one from 2021 also!A$$holes...
No that actually makes next to zero sense. It was literally 1,460 days ago.
That game was from 2021 and a wildly unexciting and unmemorable 17-3 win for the Bills.
If it was considered one of the greatest NFL games of all time like 13 seconds, of course. If it is Bills v Chiefs next week, I expect that game to be on repeat. But the 2021 divisional vs Baltimore? I would be way more shocked if that did play it. -
Not to put the cart before the horse. Certainly not disrespecting a quality Ravens team. But….
If the Bills win…
Hosting Houston and winning would reverse the loss.
Then possibly facing and beating the Rams in New Orleans
The Bills would have their own version of an undefeated season beating every team on their schedule this year.

you know what i find funny abotu Lamar Lovers?
They can barely concede that Josh Allen is as good as Lamar Jackson. Patrick Mahomos cannot even stand that Josh Allen is as good and will not hear it. Lamar Jackson fans are getting close to that.
They are all worldly level QB's. I've heard very few Bills fans say that Lamar JAckson is terrible or bad. Most ahve begun acknowledging he is finally playing QB at a high level.
Agreed.
There was a bit of a lull in QB play/depth once Brady and Manning started to age out. But when these 3 or 4 (Burrow) guys retire they will go down as one of the greatest QB era's in the history of the league. -

Does anyone dispute Lamar and King as the best QB/RB duo? Honestly, a 3x MVP QB and The King.
I agree. If anything I think the Ravens are a better run game/QB combo. Lamar’s legs plus Henry carry them in that ranking.
I still say Allen is the better all around QB by a decent margin even though Lamar’s passing game is under rated.
But again Henry and the run game > a very good Cook is carrying the load for both pairings
Somebody mentioned Philly above. Barkley is lights out but I am very “meh” on Jalen Hurts. Once his contract comes due on the cap, the Eagles are toast. No way they’re in the top pairing for anything.

But did he play better because of it? I don't doubt players notice it and if it helps them feel like they are locked in, great. But in reality it doesn't make a difference.
I believe that was the “perfect game” game. Certainly impossible to say any of this with certainty. But if you’re going to ask “ it did it help” have a perfect passer rating is likely a tough result for your hypothesis.I hadn’t gotten all the way through the thread. I thought this was just a “do players use reporters for fuel?” Convo. To which I say unequivocally yes.
In regards to does it help? I’ll just reference the Thomas Theorem. “If men define a situation as real, they are real in its consequences”.

What are the "multiple examples" for Josh Allen? They'd have to be assumed examples bc he never gives anything but a diplomatic, all business, drown out the noise quote.
So you're saying you believe that a Baltimore reporter "may have just lost them the game", as OP said or that Dion Dawkins posting "good luck" to the Chiefs was the reason they beat us?
It shouldn't be possible for a Professional Football Player playing for the right to go to the Super Bowl to be more motivated than they already are. And if they need it to be more motivated, there's a problem. A quote isn't going to make Josh Allen read a coverage better or make him more accurate on a throw.
These things are way more important to fans and media looking for things to talk about than things that dictate a win or a loss.
You don’t remember the “I don’t know who the fork they thought I was” game against the Patriots.
I believe he chirped hard at Jalen Ramsey the game after the trash comment.
You’re referencing what Allen says in his pressers. Which is nothing. But he gets caught with hot mics on the field chirping at players for stuff they’ve said about him or the team all the time.

Yeah, I like Hollins.
I’ve been pounding this drum the last week or two.
Mack Hollins isn’t just our best ST’er. He’s the best in the league. He was 100% a pro bowl and AP snub.

To me the cheapest seats tell you about demand. You couldn't get into the KC game for under $400! To see prices under $180 for a 2nd round playoff, one that is a matchup for the ages, is a head scratcher.
And it will get cheaper. The way these ticket sites own so many blocks they’re incentivized to artificially drive up prices early.
Nearly every single event I’ve bought ticket to the last few years, the tickets have always gotten cheaper. To the extent I won’t do presale anymore.
EDIT: To add on, I think it then drives down ticket prices more than normal. People see $400 on day one and say they can’t afford it and/or give up on purchasing so they have to slash prices so they aren’t sitting on a million tickets.

Is that real? The wind usually feels worse for night games (THE "wind" game was played at night, for example). What does the data say? My attendance says wind usually increases off the lake in OP as the late Fall/early Winter day turns to night, but that's purely anecdotal.
There is no game next Sunday until the 3 o'clock hour.
As somebody who worked as a coach in an open water sport for a long time it is generally true. Certainly not a hard and fast rule, but it is true more often than not.
Worst water of the day is traditionally 12-4pm-ish.It is because of the change in temperature as the sun warms up the day.

The Vikings or Rans are not playing 5 days after tomorrow’s game. No way, no how. The Bills will be playing Sunday night. Take that to the bank.
I believe the rule with the MNF WC game is that winner has to play Sunday.
