  1. Is that for the current jerseys or the old ones? My Mitchell and Ness football jerseys are perfect. Most of my basketball jerseys are on point as well. I’m always afraid to grab anything current because when they’re off it is obvious? If anybody has a good reseller for hockey sweaters let me know. I got a couple and they’re “good” but not great. The necks are just way too large. Otherwise they’d be close to perfect. My buddy just got a fully stitched Milano from the Bills shop online. And it looks like absolute trash.
  2. I know somebody who had a couple pair of fake Jordan’s taken. I have two pair that I bought from the same reseller in the same size, and one pair is way too small. I gave them to my brother in law. They aren’t that comfortable but in most settings they’re passable.
  3. OP is saying Josh isn’t taking what’s given to him. You are saying sometimes Mahomes isn’t great. I am saying that no matter how good or bad another QB may or may not play has no impact on whether or not ours needs to be better.
  4. So I have bought stuff through DHGate for cheap. You have to pick your seller carefully. There’s always something a little “off”. I almost always buy old jerseys through China. The new ones are obvious and I have a bunch of legit jerseys in my closet too. My Bruce, Thurman, and Andre jerseys are great though. I’ve gotten jerseys, sneakers, and watches watches. Not once have they gone through Buffalo border patrol. They always clear at NJ, NY, or sometimes Chicago (Chicago takes forever). It’s weird this came through Buffalo. This looks like some guy ordering a few Christmas presents for friends and family. This isn’t news. Meanwhile at the mall in Albany nearly all those jerseys are counterfeit. They have an entire section of defects. The NFL isn’t sending anybody misprinted jerseys for resale. So maybe we stop making news over some random dude who bought his kid something for cheap, and start cracking down on the retailers who are selling $15 knock offs for $100 at local shopping malls. Also, those look great.
  5. I think the OP here is a little harsh maybe, but ultimately I think the premise of forcing low percentage plays too often has been accurate going all the way back to GB. Cincinnati playing the Browns tight, or any game Mahomes has is totally irrelevant to that point. This fan base is in SB mode, and I agree with the OP, if the team does not figure out how to get in a high percentage rhythm that keeps the chains moving, we won’t be able to reach that goal. I could care less if anybody else had a bad game. This! It might be on the table without a collapse if he was a McBeane hire. But that all changes when your QB goes to bat for a specific guy to be in charge.
  6. I was at the game yesterday, I love going but don’t get to see much football. I’m catching up on watching it today. You’re right, with a stout DL, we ran a lot of long developing plays. But then in the first couple of drives there were some decisions that didn’t make sense that ended the drive in 3 and out. One was Josh quickly tossing it at his feet when he had Cook on a wheel route and open. The other was chucking it out of bounds to Shakir when he had a throw wide open underneath. I kept replaying them, total head scratchers.
  7. This is the heart of the issue, and was even under Daboll. Our offense just seems to have no interest in targeting a big time TE early or often. Knox's contract is sort of similar to us continuing to draft, sign, and trade for receiving RB's that we never utilize. I have been going through the All-22 weekly and Knox is out there and open quite a bit, but we never seem to toss him the ball. So why pay a TE top 5 money if you aren't going to utilize him? His redzone targets are amongst the lowest for TE in the league. I think a huge problem with our offense sputtering is that we just don't spread the ball out enough. We are quick to defend our all-pro and stud QB, but it is a thin line between needing to put the team on your back and doing too much by yourself. There are a million things that go into executing a single play. I am certainly not forgiving drops or the OL. But Josh needs to see the whole field and take the easy money where he can.
  8. This is a thing that people keen parroting but is 100% false. It is driving me nuts because it is just so not true…like even a little. Knox is 6th among tight ends in for total routes run, and 11th for total snaps in the slot. He’s also 11th for % of snaps/routes run at 75.8%. Considering he missed a week with a foot injury then played through a bad hamstring, that’s pretty high in relation to his peers. There’s a number of reasons Knox might not be performing, but being a blocker v. route runner isn’t one of them at scale. https://www.playerprofiler.com/nfl/dawson-knox/
  9. I believe that Philips 2 year deal is a void year. Spotrac has him listed as an UFA for 2023. So we will be taking a cap hit for him but as of now is not on the roster for 2023 without a new contract. About OL, that is why I said 2 OL in the first 3 rounds. Losing Morse will be huge if he doesn't re-sign or retire. I have said for a bit, if the Bills find a LT they love, they shouldn't hesitate to move Dawkins inside. They can upgrade both positions with one draft pick in that scenario.
  10. I would actually consider replacing Hines with Blackshear just because his contract over 3 years is half of Hines next year. I really like Hines as a PR/KR. But he provides nothing on offense. I would not be shocked if he is not on the roster next season.
  11. We need help on OL and WR. Which makes me believe that we have to re-sign/extend Poyer, Edmunds, and Oliver. We just can't afford to create any more holes on defense that necessitate a top 100 pick on defense. Being able to somehow retain Philips and Lawson would be a huge bonus. Buffalo needs to grab a WR and 2 OL in the fist 3 rounds this offseason.
  12. Cupcake schedule or not, they put up 48 points yesterday. That is impressive against any NFL team.
  13. I turned it off at halftime last night. But thought the first half was weird. He was something like 3/4 and 70 yards. No single big play boosting the stats. Just 3 20+ yard receptions. The Rams ran a total of like 15 plays in the first half. The replay of that 98 yard drive! I am less concerned with the comeback itself. He was throwing dimes to receivers he just met 48 hours ago into really tight windows. It was an impressive showing as a passer, win or lose.
  14. TL;DR If a team does a thing, and Josh reacts poorly, that thing will work. But if that same team does the same thing, and Josh reacts well to it, then that thing will not work.
  15. I don't think that does anything to hurt his stock what so ever. He asked to play for teams, teams wanted his services. It seems some doctors gave pause. He comes back healthy. It is a totally neutral event.
  16. I don't think he signs anywhere at this point. Von is injured. Dallas is reportedly out. Concerns around his knee. For his sake, the risk isn't worth the reward either. What is his value if he shows up and is mediocre? He is better off starting fresh in FA next year.
  17. Speaking of Jerry.... Are there still rumors of his release?
  18. If I am McBeane, I am likely trying to work out an injury settlement in the offseason. Who wants to stick around for a 34 year old pass rusher to recover from his second ACL injury? This could be a career ender. He could come back and be productive. His cost is too high to stick around and find out.
  19. Agreed. At this point I hope even more that they save their cash to keep their own as not to create any more holes. That means a hard pass on OBJ. If he even wants to be here with a sidelined Miller. I think taking an edge rusher with our first pick is on the table.
  20. Not to kick a team when they're down, but.... For a FO that gutted a roster because of "cap hell", this feels a little too familiar. We are estimated $10M over a $220M cap for 2023. $18M of that is a 34 year old DE with a torn ACL that won't play. I think we are in a bit of cap hell, now.
  21. Not to take the human aspect away from this. But his contact has officially become a problem going forward....
  22. I was a bit critical/weary of Hurts as a passer early in the season. Some of his throws the last few weeks have been really impressive.
  23. Jesus, can you guys get a room and tickle each other buttholes elsewhere? I like a good off topic journey as much as the next guy, but it’s been like 8 pages of “drop stats are dumb, I remember a 12 drops last week” and “everybody drops footballs”
  24. I am starting to think there is a real chance he doesn't sign with anybody this season unless there is a major injury. Outside of the "OBJ loves the NYG" talk, their beat reporter made a lot of sense about a 2023 return rather than 2022.
  25. When a team is gripping a bit too tight, not playing well, and struggling to find a groove, tightening the reins and readying the whip has a risk of being a disaster. Easing off a bit will generally either be net neutral or net positive. It almost never makes a skid worse.
