  1. Agreed. I wasn’t even complaining. lol. He just is who he is. Nobody forces that out of him.
  2. Right. Some of the Superman-ing he does is self inflicted. McD referenced somebody telling him Hollins was open on a play and Josh didn’t take it. Josh himself mentioned that he had Coleman open on one of his rushing TD’s but decided to run it himself.
  3. I agree, Lamar is a good QB and isn't nearly as deficient a passer as some make him out to be. That said I do think where things get muddied for dual threat QB's is that sometimes their legs provide value instead of throwing the ball rather than in addition to. Is Lamar the 5th best passer in the entire league? No. But is he a top 5 QB anyways? Absolutely.
  4. Right, because they ate Diggs. if they kept Diggs their total cap space would be nearly identical (-$3M) which would put that right around league average. But as we saw today Diggs just said the Bills didn’t want to move on from him, he forced the situation. Talk to Stef about it.
  5. “No” - Trent Edwards
  6. Good morning Bills fans! I have a small home Keon Coleman jersey. Brand new. Never worn with the tags. Looking for $100. It is $130 on Fanatics/NFL Shop
  7. I have a pretty firm idea about how much these guys are working. It’s certainly a lot. I’m not necessarily asking for more. I’m asking for more team sanctioned practices.
  8. I will continue to bang the drum that this sport and the players health continue to suffer from lack of practice time. I have no issues eliminating/cutting back padded practices. But there is zero reason why these guys can't be in the building for 30 hours per week for a huge chunk of the offseason working with dieticians, lifting, watching film, running plays in shorts, doing drills etc.
  9. You can “mentally” move on all day if you want. But it’s a $29M dead cap hit this year. We don’t have the cap space to eat the additional $17M.
  10. Two different turfs seems like a terrible idea. A lot of plays result in players running out of bounds and players tend to be pretty particular with their cleats on different turfs and field conditions.
  11. Not advocating it but he’s only about $1.5M more off the roster than on next year. 2026 is the available out year. I think they give him 2025 and weigh either an extension in 2026 to lessen his cap number after two major injuries or they cut him all together. Milano and Tre are two very “Billsy” career arcs. Like no matter how far away we get from some of those joke years we just can’t quite catch a break.
  12. LOL talk about all time terrible advice. Those USFL/XFL guys make literally like 1/10th of what a back up in the NFL makes. AJ McCarron made like $100k in the USFL in 2022 and $1.165M in 2023. He was on the practice squad and was active for 2 total games. Trubisky's contract with Buffalo has $2.5M guaranteed.
  13. My main window is Philly and the Bills are listed as audio only. EDIT: It’s my local game but I cut the cord. Turned on my VPN and that did the trick
  14. Grr. I cut the cord and NFL plus is audio only.
  15. Anybody else not having a video option for NFL plus? So frustrating
  16. Shyte! I got booted circa 2015 for sneaking a beer into the family section. I was supposed to take a $250 code of conduct course before coming back in. I never did it. See you guys at the opener!
  17. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT EVER contradict Cover One!
  18. The “Poyer and Hyde aren’t good anymore” has picked up so much steam the last year or two that’s it’s basically become meaningless corporate flow chart jargon. It has next to no meaning anymore. Poyer and Hyde have still been very good even if they’ve been short of the best versions of themselves. They have been responsible for a lot more than just executing the play that’s called. Rapp is a starting safety in this league and couldn’t clearly beat either out for a starting role last year. To your point, I don’t think we’ve adequately replaced either.
  19. If you go down route 5 a ways this has been Terrys style. Secret meetings with Darcy Regier, firing Bots for not falling in line, the yes man that is Kevyn Adams. Terry may not be assertive like Jerry Jones but he has some expectations and directions. It’s been fairly well reported that McBeane have worked to keep the Bills insulated from the Sabres. It’s also been rumored that in their contract extensions McBeane both have a no meddling clause that gives them final say in all football decisions. Something others have asked for with the Sabres but refused.
  20. I think the value add with them in the offense is that both those guys can do both. They’ll likely both bounce back and forth.
  21. I don't even think it is that. It is a "throw the ball to the open guy"/"Make them defend everybody" motto.
  22. This is on the cusp of being a very Madden-esque sound bite.
  23. Before he died I thought Hamlin did a well as a backup and an "OK"job in spot starting duty as long as he had Poyer/Hyde next to him. Jaquan Johnson was terrible. I am not high on him as a starting safety, but I think he catches a lot of flack for last season and some people are lumping his play in 2022 with Jaquan Johnsons.
