  1. In general I’m not, but certain talents would have me thinking hard. If you have some pieces there already, then I think guys on the level of Peterson, Barkley, Henderson and Robinson are worth it. it’s absurd the Giants took him that high with holes all over the roster, but that doesn’t mean another team wouldn’t have really prospered by taking him high. Like if the Bills somehow stumbled into the 10th spot next year - I would LOVE if they snagged a Henderson type back (doesn’t exist in this upcoming draft). That’s a piece that could transform this offense into a pantheon level offense.
  2. It's been a while since I've seen 2 young backs in college like Bijan Robinson and Henderson. Both of those guys are mold breaking top 5 picks I think. Head and shoulders ahead of the rest of the backs in the nation.
  3. Best back in College since Barkley and he might be faster than SaQuon
  4. And high & away - if he's practice the smoke then he can't really turn upfield with that. That 2nd one he's in better position to spin up
  5. He was criminally underused by Sirriani. Just don’t think he values him that highly.
  6. Eh, I think Franklin generally has the talent at PSU to give them a puncher's shot to beat OSU. His hamstring has been the QB - but when PSU had the QB they gave OSU everything they could handle and then some. Since 2016, it's only been 2019 and 2020 where there's been a considerable gap between the two programs, and in 2019 the defense played Fields and that O about as well as you could hope this side of Clemson/Bama. But the QB just wasn't there. If Clifford was healthy, and we didn't lose PJ Mustipher for the season, then PSU's defense would have been the best unit on the field. But I would have suspected OSU's homefield advantage, and Treyveon Henderson would have pulled it out in the end. But with Clifford so limited, and so many injuries on the DL- PSU will struggle to contain Henderson. With that said, PSU's pass coverage vs OSU's pass attack should be on of the match ups of the season - that's gonna be fun. But injuries happen, and OSU flat out has better depth, and that's why they have the better program. Kyle Fuller is more of a man corner isn't he? Like we'd have to goto a Field vs Perimeter system? I'm not sure he'd be that much more effective playing off the ball than our current non Tre corners.
  7. Yea I wouldn't think you did - I was replying to someone else, but the the back to back post thing ends up in the same post. Just saw other folks talking Cooks & Beasley
  8. Not that you'll need it, but good luck this weekend (I'm a Penn Stater), 4 weeks ago I was actually like PSU's chances here, now I'm just hoping to stay within 3 TDs and break the spread ------------ Regarding Cooks, Cooks and Beasley don't play the same position. Cooks would take snaps from both Sanders and Diggs
  9. He want hard after Stefon Diggs and I think he dumped Marcel Dareus at the trade dealine
  10. Addison is useful as a pass rusher. Not because he's super effective, but effectiveness to eat snaps and save legs of other players. Honestly unless it's someone like Saquon I'm passing on a trade. This is a passing football team, and getting a premier run guard who doesn't pass block as well as Williams, hurts the team more than helps.
  11. Not sure the Bills offense could make use of both he and Knox along with the various WRs. With the schedule the Bills have, just easy to wait on Knox to get healthy. If they are going to trade for someone, I'd rather it be an impact RB.
  12. I mean he was short, but regardless expect josh to pick up 0.2 yards 99 out of 100. give the Titans credit. They had a game plan with zero room for error and they pulled it off, and that’s football. the great thing about the NFL is that you have long regular season leading to the post season. give the Titans credit, but there’s a ton of football to go
  13. At least the rise of Dawson Knox means we can ignore Zack Ertz. if the Bills make a move I’d be curious about an upgrade to CB2 and Feliciano. Feliciano is probably in his last year here
  14. This entire discourse hurts my football soul and makes me sad on the inside. Edmunds is going to be a stud for the Bills for the next 5-6 and I love it
  15. Would guess on first down you’ll see Klein at the Will and Milano at the Sam. The Bills actually list Taron Johnson as a starter as the nickel corner. But technically they play a 4-3 over and in thag set up Klein is a starter. Would be curious to see how often Edmunds, Milano and Klein have been in the field in non goal to go situations/short yardage situations
  16. To be clear, I wasn't saying he regressed - I'm saying the numbers aren't matching the good decisions he makes, and that it's just an anomaly. He was also off in Week 1 - 2, and in a 5 game sample that matters. He hasn't regressed, and if anything he's a better QB - and that's will show it by the end of the year
  17. That's insane (also, if LJ isn't the MVP right now, than I have no idea what that award is even for. Ravens would be possible winless without him and replaced by say Sam Darnold, considering all those injuries
  18. Allen is having a very ho hum statistical year. Even is YPA (one of my favorites) is only 7.5. It doesn't match his tape. Which means it'll probably adjust itself upwards as the games continue
  19. if he can’t eat into Beasley’s PT (and Beasley is clearly struggling this year compared to prior years), then he’s not gonna be on the roster next season. A rookie could fulfill his current role the officiating consistentcy has been awful. It’s worse than basketball where one team has a one official in the back court and baseline and the opposing the opposite. I shouldn’t think there’s a different ref for each offense
  20. Regarding #8 Siran Neal deserves a ton of credit here. McDermott used 2 players to replace a single Milano. While Klein got more snaps than Neal, it wasn’t by much. On plays where the Bills predicted Pass, Siran Neal essentially played the Will in coverage, and considering how little usage Kelce got, was darn good in coverage. Edmunds deserved a lot more praise coming out of this game. For me, he was the defensive MVP. We had a game plan designed to let the chiefs run their crossers and short stuff against Edmunds, and they got barely anything out of it. Sure Hill had a nice game with 7 catches and a TD, but he average less than 10 yards a catch and his long was 17, while Kelce wasn’t a factor. Edmunds erased huge parts of the field like he was a lock down corner. You can NOT play that scheme against that QB and WRs without an all pro performance from Edmunds he was fairly handsy as well
  21. Gameballs to Josh Allen & Tremaine Edmunds
  22. Also - Tremaine Edmunds is a freakin field eraser. Just a no go zone. Worth his weight in gold to this defense. Milano gets more pub because teams throw it more at him and because the will is more of a playmaker in this system - but Edmunds has been sensational tonight
  23. How do you not love Josh Allen
  24. Cheating. Plain and simple
