  1. That will change with Stroud. Also Fields is breaking out in a big way as we watch this game
  2. He’s actually got a really great cut back/juke move . He did it on the other called run on the first TD drive
  3. Yea this is a good way to put it. We’re not chasing chunk plays. Maybe Dorsey doesn’t trust his protection to plau those crossers, ins, and slower developing route trees
  4. I’m pretty happy with Dorsey, but if I do have a criticism, he’s a bit too risk averse and too happy taking singles, rather than going for doubles and homers. Whixh is a stupid criticism considering the TD just now, but the Jets have shown him plenty of single high man, and bills are still happy to play small ball. But again, it’s a very minor criticism
  5. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen Josh a Allen get rattled
  6. Yes, the Bills play nickel almost exclusively, and have relatively light DEs. You can overpower the Bills on the edges, which is why you need safeties and backers to be so good on angles. Especially the safety and Will backer
  7. NFL isn’t about blowing teams out. It’s making plays in the 4th. That will be the case today. Jets are playing today
  8. Tell ya what, respect to Salah. The jets don’t have the most talented Defense the Bills played, but they’re certainly the most physical. Theu play better than their talent and that’s down to Salah
  9. I really really really wish Josh would stop doing this
  10. well with his QB…
  11. Talented young players on the roster. Not nearly enough to for me to think they'll win Sunday, but they have some fun players, and Garrett Wilson is one of them
  12. Don't remotely agree with this. Bills have a super average OLine, and if you have a good pass rush out of your base look without blitzing, you're gonna get the Bills offense in trouble. It's the Bills defense where you're gonna have problems, as they don't have a real weakness if Poyer is healthy. They do a good job of protecting an average secondary, by not blitzing, and using the best DLine in the sport to get pressure, plus being able to be a good enough Run D in Nickel. But a team like the Eagles can absolutely create a nightmare for the Bills offense just by having a great day. Likely the same with the Dolphins
  13. I do, and he's a good player. But doesn't really change the outlook for this season, while he'll be the primary 3rd down back going forward. All it really means is the Bills are all in on Cook starting next year. I don't mind the trade, but I don't love it - literally.
  14. He was the backup safety in ATL FWIW - but he also knows the McDermott/Frazier system
  15. Now that's an excellent move
  16. You could always stick a TE back there if you really wanted
  17. No but Josh Allen can. Espeically with Davis or a TE pushing him from behind
  18. And likely a 4th -7th round pick at RB to be Cook's backup. Or a cheap FA
  19. Again, no. You don't use a 2nd round pick to have 3rd down back. Singletary is in his final year of his contract. Cook is your RB1 in 23
  20. think this is about next season and further. Unfotunately you might have to change your screen name this summer
  21. It means they're not gonna give Singletary a contract extension, and view Cook as having true RB1 potential - and that Moss is going to get released
  22. I uh...don't love it... EDIT Some futher context, I like the trade, but don't love it. Why? Because it's a bit of an upgrade over an inexperienced Cook, and solidifies Cook being the RB1 in 2023, but I don't love it, because it doesn't significantly move the Bills closer to the SB. But with a loaded roster, that would have been next to impossible to pull off. The only feasibly player I could think of was Jerry Jeudy
