If the Bills win the coin toss, what should they do??
BreezeMafia replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
Take the Ball. So that to begin the 3rd qtr with the 2nd half and when KC decides to receive, the Bills choose which direction to kick off (hopefully right to left on TV). Ideally then in the 4th quarter giving Buffalo the wind at their backs (left to right on TV). -
I 100% agree here. I also don't think they want to hand anyone, especially the Steelers, a potential playoff spot. I think the thought of a 3-week layoff will be too much, and they won't want to risk being risky come playoff time.

We're Going To The Playoffs. (edit: Updated - Super Bowl)
BreezeMafia replied to Doc Brown's topic in The Stadium Wall
100% all in on running the table. -
The Bills D gameplan reminds quite a bit of the Mid 90's Steelers Zone Blitz scheme that ended up giving Jim Kelly and Company serious problems.

The same Kyle Shanahan who, while an OC for Atlanta, calls a pass on 3rd and 2 vs. running against the Pats to close the Super Bowl out??????

I have a feeling that the Bills FO and maybe even McDermott is somehow driving an "overlook the Bills" campaign. Either way, I'm fine with the Bills being overlooked and, sometimes, getting dissed by local and national media. On paper, this roster is stacked and better than 2022. Additionally, I think we all fail to remember in 2022 the Bills dealt injuries to key players. Hopefully, we avoid the injury bug this season.

What the Bills need to do to take the next step
BreezeMafia replied to HaldimandBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
How about the team just running out of gas. 2022 had more than normal emotional ups and downs. The players are human beings and there is only so much a human being can handle. Regardless of the schedule, I am bullish on the Bills in 2023. -
I personally love how the Bills are doubted, vs being everyone's favorite like last year.

No, very different situations.

Is Sean McDermott our version of Doug Collins?
BreezeMafia replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
No. I feel he is more on the Phill Jackson side than Doug Collins -

When JA17 talked about this during the basement segment, I was just.......WOW. JA17 is one incredible human being. -
Agree. He was the best D lineman tonight. Was really great to see all the young D Line studs own the line of scrimmage

Kyler Murray: How did the Cardinals fall for it?
BreezeMafia replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall

The QBS after the Packers come to town aren’t good
BreezeMafia replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
4-1 seems right. We could go back n forth on the Ravens game with plays that worked in our favor. Looking at the schedule, I'll take 4-1 all day long. That said, as the roster overall health continues to get better and we don't suffer any major / significant go forward injury, frankly this roster has a chance to be one of the best ever. -
Agree on the assessment of the Defense. 100%. Candidly - watch JA17 close. Even with the video game stats he is putting up, "something" appears subtly off. I count a number of throw's where he is just not setting his feet. Last week at the goal line to McKenzie and the throw falls short. Yesterday a couple throws including the lob to Dawson Knox, that actually worked out. Additionally, even though he rolled out and ran for a touchdown, he appears to be lacking the "quick spark quickness" that we are used to seeing the last few years. Not being overly critical, just sharing a few observations.

Would rather not lean on any moral victories. Have a suspicion this loss is going to haunt us later in the year.

Completely ridiculous......and now he is the subject of an everlasting gif.
