It would seem that a good portion of the suckiness of both Drew and JP can be traced to our offensive coaches. Their playcalling and overall personnel decisions have been questionable, at the least.

because the coaches are really stupid. it could be that Shaud runs the screen pass better, but we will never know because the coaches never call it. maybe a draw on 3rd down ?? oh wait- that's a running play and Willis is on the bench.

offensive coaching has been horrible. no screens, no draws, no quick passes to build confidence. why are Lee Evans and Moulds being replaced by Aiken and Jonathon Smith?? Are you kiding me? If Moulds has lost so much, why is he still on the team at his inflated salary? Moulds needs to catch some of those passes, instead of looking to the refs to call penalties.

Then - Moorman rebounds with a 15 yard punt ?? This game certainly deflated the big egos created by the Houston game- and hopefully it won't hurt the playoff push toom much since it was an NFC team

Reed blocks better than Moulds. And since Moulds can't run the his routes correctly and can't get past the 1st down stake, he sure isn;t doing JP any favors on the field.

having 5 wrs will not deter teams from blitzing. theonly thing that will stop blitzes is for JP to hit those WRs for big plays on a consistent basis.

It's not the W/L record that is disturbing. It is the piss poor execution on both sides of the ball- including penalties. JP is showing he needs more time - but as good as the D may be- it will difficult to overcome turnovers. JP did not look good lst night in that regard
