His team has played hard all year and have 3 in a row, incluidng 2 on the road on the West coast with an outside shot at having a winning record. His running game is averaging over 4 yards / carry with an OL that was the worst in the league last year. (Looks like the Bills hired the wrong OL coach) He is in charge of personnel so he is getting teh players that fit his system- too bad Teflon can't do the same. and his players have bought into the system in less than 1 year. so yeah - he and his 1 year rebuilding plan really suck

TO is not a free agent Since TO is under contract, Bills could trade Moulds for TO. The antics of TO will deflect all critcism away from Teflon Tom.

1. A big part of the poor execution is the poor play design and poor play calling. He is not putting the players in a positon to perform. Case in point is designing and calling plays where you need 1st downs but you have your best players run routes as decoys in no position to get the 1st down. (Moulds in NE, Evans vs Pats) 2. The 2nd part of poor execution of the offense is the terrible play of the OL. Most NFL teams have an inadequate player or 2 on their line, but the coaches come up with some scheme so they can at least compete each week. The Pats are starting 2 street free agents on their OL. How is it that they don;t completely melt down each week? The answer is obviously the coaching and MM is responsible for that. McNally looks to be totally overrated. 3. If Clements sucks, that's on MM as well because he hired him. HOwever, after taking play calling from Clements, nothing really changed on the field. The Bills still look good for the 1st drive with their scripted plays, but are totally lost after that. Running Willis only 8 times in the snow against NE is inexcusable.

so what's the Bills excuse? The same can be said for them, but the Bills continue to implode.

The Bills dominated with three TDs in the 1st quarter. They were outplayed for the remainder of the game and totally collapsed in teh 4th quarter.

If Teflon stays, then Allen is a lock since he would be a great injury recovery story. Even better that he did not play at all last year.

sorry to burst your bubble- but that OL without Wolford was not dominant, but it was better conditioned than most defenses they faced. (However, it was light years ahead of the current version) What made the offense sucessful was the no huddle aspect which wore down the defenses they faced. When operating under a standard huddle formation, the Bills offense was inconsistent. Fortunately, Marchibroda recognized this shortcoming and found a creative way to get better production out of an average line.

The big obstacle tying Ferentz to Iowa is about to graduate. He will do for the Bills what Saban is doing for the Dolphins.

Cottrell is another overrated coordinator with absolutely no history of being able to run the whole show. just hope the Titans fire Jeff Fischer. If not, bring in Kirk Ferentz from Iowa - at least he can identify the OL.
