    I think everyone likes him, but the narratives on him have been so bad the last 7 years that they’re hesitant to openly say he’s awesome. A Super Bowl win would be enough for people to admit it.

    It’s funny. Nobody gives Allen his due, his true due, yet everyone secretly likes to watch him play. I wonder if Allen wins a SB that his national fanbase will become way larger than typical.

    I also sense that Benford has already hit his ceiling, whereas Bernard, Shakir, and Rousseau have another gear or two in them. Draft DB high or see what you have in a veteran Elam.

    Elder statesman. Lots of respect. No need to prove himself. He was GASSED at the end there. I wonder if this is his retirement year regardless of what the Bills do with his contract.

    If that’s what they’re saying, then you can expect those narratives to become the dominant opinions of much of our fanbase and the fanbases of other teams.

    It’s because he wasn’t appreciated coming out. So he had to do extraordinary things just to get credit for being decent. Now he’s just pure extraordinary and people’s eyes are opening up to what always was.

    34-10 Bills. Mahomes 0 TDs 3 INTs Casual fans will need a few days to unscramble their brains and come up with new lazy narratives. PTSD fans will need to find new things to worry about.

    We’ll beat them just like we do every year in the regular season. I’m ready for the yearly Josh Allen hurdle and the yearly Mahomes crybaby act.

    Don’t be fooled by the dumb regular season doesn’t matter narratives. The regular season wins are extremely important for playoff confidence. This one is at home too where we haven’t beat them yet. Let’s get it done. Ready for a lot of stupid narratives to end Sunday (weak schedule, we can’t win, better to lose, etc)
