I agree that it’s interesting Beane did an interview with Dunne. What Dunne did last year was unforgivable and should be a career ender. He’s a nobody and doesn’t need to be “appeased” or “won over”. I also think it’s ridiculous to think that Beane is secretly against McDermott. I don’t think Beane does this interview without McD’s blessing. I think somebody arranged this interview. Who and why is up in the air. Puff piece to clear out the negative energy?

Yeah but did you see the injuries Lawrence came back from? People were even saying “dude just stay out of the game.” The guy is hyper tough. Showed amazing play in the playoffs the other year. The negative narratives are coming from the same source as the “Allen does nothing but throw INTs” people. Give Lawrence another year before throwing in the towel.

There were a couple INTs like this but it’s a strawman to say that this is what people were blaming it on. Believe it or not the best thread on Allen’s INTs was posted by Einstein late in the season. INTs will go down this year because Allen will have 0 targets towards Gabe Davis this year.

Some fans are REALLY invested in seeing McDermott fail. Even moving goal posts ahead of time just in case we exceed expectations. I get it. 13 Seconds hurt and some people don't know how to process that hurt and trauma. They want to BLAME SOMEBODY!!!! But that's not going to change the past. And it's low vibration crap. Not true. It will be one less thing that can be fixed. I’m all for it. End goal being touch sensors to measure “subjective” penalties using touch pressure in certain body areas. Hopefully 10 years away. By standardizing penalties like this, it becomes a software you can pass to development leagues. Players will develop muscle memory from high school by knowing what a penalty is exactly. Will lead to reduced penalties. Players will “know” what a penalty is exactly.

I don’t think it’s a non-story that the Chiefs keep staying in the news for negative reasons. This is how empires begin to collapse. Often from within.

Stroud will be a good one. But yes, we could see a sophomore slump. But then again, he got stronger as the season went on last year.

I feel 13-4 this year.

Was he a dropper in GB? Or is this just based on a couple drops in KC during prime time games? There was 1 game this year that was the reason we lost which was the Jets game. What other games can you think of since 2020? Also has Mahomes ever been the reason KC lost? Or did the rest of the team step up to save his butt? Like let’s say against the Jets this year.

This year I think we see Shakir, Samuel, and Kincaid as 1a, 1b, and 1c. There is no #1 WR this year.
