James Harrison has a legacy with the Steelers. He and Troy P. are two of the best modern great Steelers on defense, IMO. I think there is a lot of sour grapes right now..."how could one of us go to the Patriots on the eve of the playoffs" type thoughts. Harrison is 39, how much more time will a 3-4 LB that age have? If he is still that good, Harrison would be starting for Pitt, or at least get more playing time. He'll retire a Steeler soon enough and doubt he'll be that effective with NE. Belichick is just being a prick.

In hindsight, it would have been good to keep Woods. He looked like a completely different receiver with the Rams, which makes me think we severely underutilized and undervalued him. No doubt he would have helped this year. I believe Woods was injured for a couple of weeks, which would account for less than spectacular production this season.

If KC does want to shop Smith, why would they package him with another player? Doesn't make sense and would be a deterrent, IMO.

Maybe they can hire Rico...he has extensive time as a coordinator. Problem solved, at least for us.

Although their record may not reflect it, I think the Jets are headed in the right direction; it will take a little more time. Plus, the players seem to like Bowles and play hard for him.

It's not necessarily want/not want, but realistically being able to get him.
