I love it if we found a trade partner desperate enough to ignore the upcoming rookie pay scale to pay a player to win now. Even trading down to 5th or 6th overall should still get good value. You have us taking three linebackers, and two defensive linemen, but not a good QB? Can you imagine the outrage if we passed on starting QBs twice in a row?

I laugh ever time I see someone insinuate that a college player would sabotage their career and lose millions of dollars just to avoid getting picked by Buffalo. Really, even playing devil's advocate I can't come up with a reason why a player would do that. That player would have to be literally mentally retarded to think its a good idea. Who was it that said the reason for Locker having a bad couple games was because he was tanking it to avoid being selected #1 by Buffalo? Ya, great strategy, you won't be selected by Buffalo in the first round. You'll be selected by Buffalo in the second round instead, after losing millions of dollars. And staying in college another year because it looks like Buffalo will be #1 this year... Yeah, you should wait until they put in a rookie pay scale. Oh and still risk getting selected by Buffalo. Also keep in mind there's not just ONE good QB coming out.

Sounds like a perfectly adequate "answer" for a couple rebuilding years. I had to blink a couple times to make sure I read "7 TDs to 2 INTs" right in the linked stat list. Fitz is a couple percentage points (from those occasional really badly thrown balls) away from actually being accepted as a GOOD quarterback. I know they say you can't teach accuracy, but I don't necessarily think those occasional flub passes qualify as accuracy issues. He's not just missing, it might be something that can be cured with more regular playing time.

Yes, Moorman jerseys exist. Just hard to find. My only jersey is a Moorman I bought at the clubhouse or whatever its called when I went to my first Bills game 3 years ago. It was the only one they had left (a 2XL! I weigh 145 pounds!) and took a while to find. I'm going to get a Jackson if they trade Lynch. Or either a Byrd, Spiller, or Williams if they trade Jackson. Maybe eventually a Wood, Maybin or Troup.

I would definitely fight that ticket. Getting caught by a speed trap is one thing, you were doing "bad". But getting caught by a poaching cop at a "seatbelt trap"? Comon, you weren't doing anything bad. They don't put speed traps halfway down a steep hill due to the circumstances, so they shouldn't bust people who would otherwise be wearing their seatbelt for being basically coerced into taking it off for a moment.
