Not to keep ripping on Murph... But listening to his interview with Rian Lindell makes me think of the The Chris Farley Show on SNL...Paul McCartney interview is legendary. Thank god Lindell is pretty good in front of a mic.

It's taken me some time, but I actually appreciate Schopp much more now. He expects a caller to have some facts/substance behind their calls. I like Howard and Jeremy, too. And I kinda think Sal is a clown. Hey!! We disagree on pretty much everything!

I heard that...pretty brutal. There's usually one awkward pause during whoever they interview. Jones had an awkward moment with Ross Tucker today. But that's what you get when your interviewing style is just to rapid fire questions and not listen to the responses in order to develop a thoughtful follow-up response.

Sal's better, but I can't take him for extended periods of time. The voice is rough and his cadence seems real choppy.

He's pretty poor as a radio host. Early on, I was a Donald Jones defender. But yeah, he's pretty crappy too. Feel like the Bills could do a lot better given this is their "flagship" program.

RE: shutdown corners. Gilmore will never be one because they don't really exist in the NFL anymore. The best CBs get beat. The rule book heavily favors the offense, and with the volume of passes thrown today, its damn near impossible to shut down a bona fide #1 WR anymore. Makes me appreciate peak Revis all the much more. And look how quickly his time on the top ended.

Maybe Gilmore is the only one who understands the schemes. According to some, our secondary is still having communication issues. Maybe he's right. Who knows? Certainly not me or you.

Agreed. Lack of physicality at the LOS seems weird.

Teams throw the ball a lot. Everyone except the Bills. Having quality, even average DBs is essential today, and going forward in the NFL. Rate Gilmore however you want, but when the team you root for doesn't have a QB who is capable of outscoring the other team, the value of the DB tends to go up. Sucks. But paying 10-12 million (he'll easily get this in FA) is easier to swallow when you realize your team stinks at scoring points through the air. Go Bills!

I hear ya. I was told my ass would be whooped if I didn't stand and cheer last year. Kicker was teeing up the ball for second half kick off. I was confused.

This was his second "bad game" besides NYJ. Other than that, he's been good. I'm confused, I don't know how to rate him.
