    It's funny, because if you buy into the "culture" aspect in what McBeane have built here, why not bring him in? They've been here two years, the foundation should be able to handle someone like Brown. Why wait another year? If they think Allen is the "guy," give him the best talent you can. Time to put the process to the test.
