  1. Yeah, I don't know if your joking or not. Bad Boy Records is an after-thought in the rap game, at least compared to 10 years ago when it was still a major player. I believe his net-worth is about 350million, so I don't think that's even enough for a majority stake in a lower-valued franchise such as Buffalo. Plus, I think he shot himself in the foot last night during his time on Lettermen when he said he supported Brett Favre sexting other people. I'm sure Goodell and the other owners, a group of WASPs if there ever was one, had to love that.
  2. Red Hot Chili Peppers: Soul to Squeeze Listen to the first minute of this, the lyrics sum up quite nicely what many people probably think about us Bills fans and the seeming endless suffering( by our our choice) we endure. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYkVHFP53Do
  3. I don't really understand this point. What position lines up behind the safety? It's the safety, as you point out in the following sentence. The reason Donte doesn't produce is because he doesn't diagnose plays like the best ones do. He's always a buck short when it comes to coverage, waving his arm up at the last second because his head is turned. And yes, I do want my safety breaking up pass plays, especially on this team and especially because Donte believes he is capable of it himself. He reminds us of it quite often. Try not to give LT too much credit there either, Donte was juked plain and simple in a hole I wouldn't call gaping (when was the last time LT pulled that kind of move, 2-3 years ago?)
  4. I wouldn't call M. McNeill, Hardwick, Dielman, M. Floyd, S. Philips, L. Castillo "average at best" Not to mention VJax when/if he ever comes back and plays for them. Somewhat over-hyped? Probably. Average talent, I wouldn't go that far.
  5. None, you're right on there. I'm not exactly hating on him, I guess I'm just cautiously optimistic on him at this point. I didn't mean to imply you were doing so. I just hope the FO doesn't slap a Kelsay extension on him quite yet.
  6. I hope the chemistry you speak of doesn't balloon Stevie's stats too much. I can see it now, he ends up with 50 catches and 8TDs and we offer him (a 3rd or 4th WR on a lot teams) a 5yr 25mil extension. I know most people don't want to hear this, but he is the ultimate garabge time "stat-collector." He drops balls early, and makes catches late when defenses are playing a soft prevent. A real test of the new FO will be to see how they treat his inflated stats when they go about re-signing him.
  7. I don't know about Mallet. I've heard the talking heads say lately there's a lot unknown about his attitude. They hinted that him leaving Michigan wasn't only because of Rich Rod and a scheme change... Also, he didn't look too poised when a good defense made halftime adjustments against him vs. Alabama. I think Luck is the only viable #1 there, and I've also heard that his arm would be a question mark in Buffalo. Wind sucks for everyone, but a bit more for the guys w/o the cannons.
  8. Yup, I agree. When else can I start Ryan Fitzpatrick on my fantasy team and actually feel decent about it.
  9. that's actually kind of funny. What i would do to have Bart Scott play the middle on our D...
  10. I have a lot of friends from college that are Giants fans and we both seem to know a bit about each others teams. Never, ever, have I ever remembered a moment where they have remembered a player standing out from the rest in the past 10 yrs.
  11. yes they were. going 2/7 every year doesn not = success.
  12. I agree with most of what you say, however, with the crazy amounts of money being paid to top picks, I don't think Luck would lose major money coming to Buffalo. Peyton went to Indy, not exactly a media hotbed, and became the face of the NFL because he won (and cause he had a goofy charisma). He is the guy the Bills would want I think, but there's several factors working against him coming out. 1) He comes from a wealthy family, no need for money 2) Loves school 3) Possibily going to Bills
  13. Fitz also played a good deal at the end of the season, unlike anyone who backs up Peyton Manning so saying he outperformed the other guy is a bit of a moot point.
  14. Yeah, I thought the same thing too. This one could get ugly quick IMO.
  15. Your list is somewhat assumptive, no? 1-TO did at least. 2-So is (was) Trent 3-Does he really read Def. as well as any QB? Better than the Manning(s), Brady's, Brees, Rivers, Rodgers, Romos, Ryans...insert 10 other names here 4-I think your joking here. 5-He'll need it. 6-Same here. I think accuracy and consistency are two of the most important traits for any QB. Oh well. Thank you.
  16. Oh, the one where TO was 10yrds ahead of the closest DB and Fitz had to "drill" it in there? Snow is far worse for DBs to play in that WRs who know the play. He was wide open. We can agree to disagree, but if you think that's the type of throw that makes a good qb then that's where we differ. Go look up the bomb Trent threw to TO against Tampa last year that hit Owens in the facemask. That's a good throw, probably 60yds in stride as you might say. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnXdoM64W14&feature=related
  17. No they lost that game, remember? And no offense, but that throw is a pretty easy one to make for an NFL qb all things considered. I think your more impressed that Fitz actually hit his target considering his wildly inaccurate arm.
  18. Might Get Bad Quickly Finley, Jennings, Driver, and James. Duck and Cover. or No Luck in B-Lo Pack Your Bags Marshawn, Green Bay Don't Sell Hennessy Go Bills!
  19. Michael Crabtree sucks. Also concerning Marshall, Kyle Orton is a better QB than people give him credit for and probably better than Trent. Steve Smith is just better than Lee, but to say anyone almost had 1000 yards is quite arbitrary. If Lee doesn't get held on the deep throw against Miami he catches a touchdown and has 5 for 80 w/1TD and this thread never happens.
