  1. Looks like it will be the Chargers.
  2. Yeah, just like he was in Buffalo. Ramius is right. These posts about Poz are the same as Fletcher.
  3. This is a good post for the most part. I think your assessment of Chan is pretty solid too. However, Stevie admitted numerous times over the course of the week that he was done with celebrations because he simply couldn't afford any more fines. I highly doubt he had anything on his shirt, especially since the same stunt would have merited an even greater fine. I also find it hypocritical when guys like Carter say Twitter and the like are major forms of distraction during the week. They are in no position to judge this because these mediums were not around during their playing times. Who's to say they wouldn't have used it as well. Chris Carter wasn't the most modest player either.
  4. Bowers is about 280. I've heard reports saying he could be a 4-3 end or 3-4 end if he had to bulk up.
  5. Why the rush to move Hang out of center to put an unproven player in at guard? Our interior is our strength, so until there is talk about moving Wood to center, we should keep him at guard where (as you point out) has been very good of late. I think with another year in the weight/film rooms will make Bell even more impressive than he has been thus far. A high quality RT is what we need in my opinion and then line can then go forward and jell into a strength of our roster. Just my opinion.
  6. 25,000grand per PFT
  7. No, I believe Wilcots said Mike Philips...I mean Mike Williams...I mean Mike Wallace... In all seriousness, reaching out to him is fine with me. Does anyone notice that Donte is being blitzed a couple of times a game to great results. Go figure.
  8. Although improved, we are a RT and in a year or two, a Center away from having a very good line. Much better then last year. I could live w/ an RT being taken in round 2. Nick Fairley in the 1st, tackle in the 2nd, and then 5 linebackers.
  9. WHY ARE YOU YELLING!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClwprO6KyGg
  10. He is quite the turd it seems, however, if the NHL forced him to keep the team in Buffalo (which as many previous posts have pointed out isn't going to be a problem), he strikes me as an owner that would really pump some major cash into the franchise. He is a fan of hockey in the same way it seems a guy like Mark Cuban is with basketball/ and the Mavs. It's a toy/dream to him, where Golisano freely admitted it was a business to him.
  11. Well said.
  12. Yeah, Jacksonville vs. Buffalo WC Playoff game. Please forgive me not knowing the year, I think it was 1996. JVille running back caught in the backfield for a would be 3yd loss by Bruce. Instead, breaks his tackle, and rips off huge run for TD. Game over. It happens to everyone, comparing our current roster to HOFers and the guy who lined up opposite of him and saw single blocking schemes because of it, is not a good comparison.
  13. Which adjustment? Him rushing for more yards after half-time and then pounding it up the middle in OT?
  14. are you trying to say Jesus Christ can't hit a curve-ball?...alright Harris, let's not start a holy war.
  15. Maybe we should all critique the 30yd strike that went off of Lee's fingers in OT as well. Since all the MMQBs are out in full-force today, perhaps this might put this topic to rest. Probably not, but...
  16. Well, Ryan Clark said it was a perfect route that got him beat, so responsibility, check. Respect, listen to any interview the guy has given and the way he speaks of others, check. And humility, yeah I'd say he's got this covered too. Listen to his post-game interviews. Has it been this long since we've had an honest-to-god (oops) entertaining star here in Buffalo that we don't know how to react? Every little thing is under the microscope here.
  17. Elite WRs don't fight opposing CBs when season is on line. The point is, players do stupid things. It's up to us not to overreact.
  18. Uhhhh, creamers aren't punishment...just cheaper?
  19. He's 6'5" 280ish. He is a straight DE despite whatever base defense you run. He's more suited to play a Mario Williams type in a 4-3, but could manage in a 3-4. I just don't see a 280+ guy dropping back in coverage.
  20. I'm in grad school so financially it would make sense. But...I'll just drink Genny Creamers instead of Labatt if we win. Go Bills!
  21. Care to make a friendly bet?
  22. I tend to disagree with you mostly, but you are 100% right here. Pass on him. Cue Senator attacking me, 3..2..1..
  23. All the clip said was that he had to control his emotions. It didn't answer a lot of the other questions many posters have about him. Essentially he admitted he acted like a moron before the game was over and was embarrassed about it.
