  1. He reminds me a bit of him too. Wouldn't surprise me at all if we took him. Resigning Bell would make the pick that much easier to pull the trigger on. It's pretty apparent Bell is going for the most money, but our FA signings have had to have sent a positive message to him.
  2. Cause he's a guard. You want day one starters, and while he would be, why use the selection in a spot where we have decent talent and depth compared to other positions. I agree w your logic, but it would be detrimental to take another rb in the top 10 under this regime.
  3. Totally agree. He will have at least 6 sacks this year while being solid against he run.
  4. Harris seems injured a lot, and Okoye seems to have never reached his considerable potential. He came into the league really really young if I remember correctly.
  5. I disagree and it's not just my Buffalo inferiority complex coming to the defense of the city. For a city the size of Buffalo, it hold's its own very well compared to a lot of other "dining destination" cities in the US. Is it NYC? No. San Fran? No. But I've ate meals in Buffalo that more than hold their own against some of the better restaurants in these cities. The local food movement has closed the culinary gap in many respects as long as fresh ingredients are being used.
  6. I think this says volumes about what Buddy and Co. think about the pass rushers in this years draft class.
  7. There's no denying he had a bad stretch during the losing streak. But for the most part, I think he's been very solid throughout his time in red/white/blue. I really think he's gonna have a real nice season this year.
  8. Agreed. It's just the morons that get caught that I want to avoid. If it's so prevalent, he shouldn't have got caught. I like Jenkins, its just a value question that early. I think he'll be there later on for us. How late, I don't know.
  9. Henne is gone, and the funny thing is, I really like Moore. I hope Miami overpays for Smith though.
  10. No, everyone is not forgetting that Shawne Merriman will be back. But even the most ardent optimist would be skeptical given his drug use and perpetual state of injury. Also, given our change in scheme it is unlikely he will play all that much. Secondly, since when did Kyle have an achilles operation? I have never heard that. I believe you meant bone spurs?
  11. Mario 12 Dareus 6 Williams 6 Kelsay 7 This would be a great year IMO. Kelsay's previous career high is 5.5, so 7 would be great. Pressures might not be an official stat, and it doesn't come up in the box-score, but that's what this group is gonna do. I can see a lot more throw-aways this year.
  12. Yup, but that's all we need him for. It's a nice card to have up the sleeve...if he is healthy.
  13. Nothing but good fun. Brick was a turnstile last year so I like my odds.
  14. I heard that and started to crack up. Kyle probably tells a hell of a story.
  15. Lucky man. I don't have a student teacher but I'm sitting at my desk working the "lines" nonetheless.
  16. My brother does. Unfort, he doesn't have that type of pull haha
  17. Great? That's a litte too much. Good, or very solid is more like it. I really like Kelsay too.
  18. Nice. I ate there on Saturday and spread some good karma when I tipped well. It's the small things that make the universe go round...
  19. Agreed...kind of. He has starter potential, and lets be honest, he's the second best wr on the eam now.
  20. Is a 1st enough given their desperate state? And more importantly, can he play DE with his hand down. I'd make it our 1st next year (when were drafting in the 20s) and throw in our 2nd or 3rd this year just to make it seem like they're getting a half way decent deal. Speculating over stuff that will never happen is the best. Go Bills!!!
  21. ...and how many of those games did they win? Just for fun, but how long until the NFL picks up onto the spread and begins to start 6 DBs? It's already started. NE is already ahead of it by going with two TEs. There will always be fads in the NFL, it's just that those who recognize these first that are successful.
