  1. Guy looks miserable. Did he get food poison when he visited or his he truly that unhappy to be a Bill? Good lick kid.
  2. I'll preface this by saying I'm all for Kalil and not a Kuechly apologist/booster, but saying Kuechly is Poz 2.0 based on some Clemson tape is weak. Michael Jordan probably shot 3-20 during a game in college and maybe even Hitler said "Thank You" once or twice. Doesn't mean Jordan sucked and Hitler was a good guy. See how ridiculous these statements are...Body of work is the measuring stick.
  3. Probably right. The quote said if he's still on the board so its not like it'll be someone that we have rated way higher than the rest of the league. Maybe Cox? Maybe Ingram?
  4. Blackmon's YAC ability will make him a much better player IMO. He's not a huge douche like Crabtree was either.
  5. True that. Maybe the team thinks this is the last opportunity to grab a quality QB for the forseeable future. Maybe they feel they'll be picking in the 20s for the next 5 years and won't be able to grab a top QB. You can debate whether the Bills are in win now mode, or build for the future mode all you want. The FA signings seem to clearly indicate we are in win now mode. They only way we don't add a player that helps us Week 1 is if it's a QB. And taking Tannenhill doesn't mean we are mailing in the season, it just means A) QB trumps all and B) the FO thinks we're at a playoff level already. It's a win-win in their minds.
  6. Good work. Your write-up of Blackmon in the elite category seems a bit like you think he'll suck though. No worries, Im super excited especially not knowing who we'll be picking. Hopefully ESPN keeps their cameras off of our pick.
  7. Id take Randle over Jeffery. Plus I think Randle will be going before 41.
  8. Fair enough. And FWIW, is Drew Brees' agent happier by the second? This deal needs to get done just to repair the PR nightmare the organization has dealt with.
  9. Normally I wouldn't either. But ESPN has become the NFL. I would be very surprised if they were to damage the reputation of an important franchise without having credibility to the allegations.
  10. 6'1 and a 4.46 40. He's plenty fast. He is nothing like Keyshawn. You're right though, Keuchy is prob the safest pick.
  11. We'll never know who we were looking at. But at least he included draft-eligle/possible players. You could say thank you.No?
  12. It's funny, because Fletcher is doing the same thing he did here for Washington to widespread accolades. You can knock him for not being Patrick Willis, but he was a solid player for us that gets a bad rap when he played on some BAD team defenses. Sometimes it takes a player to leave to really appreciate what he did. I'm real excited to see what our LBs can do with our new DL. He's not my 1st choice, but Keuchly would be a starter day one with the Bills and might even excel with the studs he's got in front of him.
  13. Isn't it 10min or is that for day 2 now. I get mixed up with the draft. Go figure...
  14. It's not being naive, I suppose many of us are simply confident now with many of the additions we have made. It's a nice change of pace for once. I don't overly worry about the Dolphins or Jets, but every game every week in the NFL is a test. Personally, if we go 3-3 in the division that's great for me.
  15. Uhhhhhh....no? Just can't ever see this happening. Ever. Pretty sure we resigned Byran Scott to do just this in Nickel packages. Curious as to why they wouldn't want to resign him. I thought he might have been our most complete Def. player last year. He's really turning into a nice all-around safety.
  16. Yeah sounds abt right considering what Buddy was saying. I wouldn't rule out any defensive player for that matter at 10, then go WR, OT in the following rounds. I think best case scenario is that Floyd goes before 10 and the Bills have their choice of Gilmore, Cox, or Kuechly.
  17. I would be down-right ecstatic with this pick. Keep sending em in waves!!!
  18. Yup. I would rather take a flyer (6th rounder) on Talib because I know he can play. But then again, with his hearing in June he'll probably be suspended for a couple of games this year.
  19. Yeah, I would totally love this draft but there is no way in hell it's happening.
  20. I'm all about talent, but Jenkins is no good man. I try to refrain passing judgment on people whom I've never met, but the word is out on this kid. He makes bad decision after bad decision. I'd pray to god he'd start though. No?
  21. Exactly. Next Man Up is the motto in the NFL in case of injuries or someone isn't cutting it. Nothing wrong with bringing em in waves on the inside too.
  22. I agree the schedule "might" be easy, but two trips out west at San Fran and probably/possibly Seattle. These are very tough games given the travel.
  23. If Mario said deers than by all means, it's deers
  24. He's hardly a system QB. They've changed their offense to stay ahead of the proverbial curve for years now. From the conservative offense, to the spread with Moss, to w/o Moss, to an offense that dominates with a short slot guy and two freaking TEs. I give him props for making these adjustments. Peyton Manning's playbook didn't change for years, why isn't he a system guy? And the comparison between Collins and Holcomb is ridiculous. As Bills fans, having lived through their playing days, we know this is blasphemy. Go Bills.
