  1. I can still drink at an event and not be a douche to complete strangers. Simple. Maybe it was the 6 shot latte that counteracted the beers and vodka, but its not hard to be civil even when drunk when behind enemy lines. Once again, this is 90% of Bills fans being great, 10% ruining it for friends/foe alike.
  2. Pitta, go back to my fantasy's team bench. That is allI have to say. Good trade...
  3. I'll take that. He usually beats us regardless of scheme. Neutralizing the TE via pass rush should be the goal. I can't stand seeing 20yd darts up the seam to Gronk anymore.
  4. I sat in 531 and had about 10 Bills fans behind me I would have loved to smack. Bills chant every 3min, spilled beer onto couple in front of me who of course figured it was my group, horrible football knowledge etc etc etc. Morons. Someone posted last week about the current generation of Bills fans in their twenties (of which I'm a part of) that is largely responsible for the over-the-top behavior at games. This was a perfect representation of that viewpoint.
  5. He blew up a critical 3rd down screen to T.Richardson. Big time play to get off his block on slow down the RB. He's also turning into a pretty solid blitzing LB. He times his runs well and was able to get some pressure late. Encouraging performance.
  6. http://www.arrowhead...sas-city-chiefs Yeah, technically he wasn't "down." Yes, he needed to be "touched." In similar situations we see guys either tap them or jump on their torso, not head...hence the fine. Look at the photos, not pretty. Like it or not, agree with it or not, it's what the league is trying to erase.
  7. No need to hit him. It was a "look at me" type of hit.
  8. I wouldn't say his work is "great." Just as good as Hamilton IMO. People seemed to have really taken to him during the Mario saga because Joe couldn't help from mentioning how many hours and cough drops he was eating while sitting at OBD waiting for Mario-related news.
  9. I think it was as simple as the coaching staff thinking that Sanchez was just so terrible we wouldn't have to do much to beat him. Any QB in the NFL with time to throw and a cushion from the DBs can do reasonable damage. Lesson learned and thank god it was only week 1.
  10. It is a foolish, foolish, man who underestimates the Browns. Those that do with be taken to the house by means of a 6-3 whipping.
  11. I'm not a Fitz apologist by any means, but this isn't true. He shreaded the Jets late last year. He did have a 120 rating on Sunday, and I'd wager most fans would say he played great if he didn't miss that one early throw to Chandler. So instead of roasting his 10-19 and 2TD performance, many would be lauding his 11-19 2TD performance. Weird.
  12. What exactly are you worried about? You rail on Fitz for sucking, but are now suspicious about Stevie being upset because he's not getting the ball enough? Through two weeks of action, Stevie is 38th in the NFL in targets with 15. Hardly near the top of the league. So 7.5 times a game Fitz is trying to get the ball to our best WR, a number that when taken into account Nelson's injury, hardly seems like the QB is forcing the ball to appease him. Yeah but his Harvard degree, I'm sure he could come up with a far better insult to whatever your last name is. This thread has nothing to do with Fitz.
  13. Agreed. We know that Stevie and Fitz are tight. But... Evidently it's something for people here to complain about, you know? He's our best WR and he looked mad so the OP figured he was a headcase like TO. C'est la vie.
  14. He did. Very nice cause it wasn't the tightest of spirals from you know who. Also, I have no problem w/ Smith as long as he doesn't try to return KOs from 5yds deep in the endzone.
  15. I won't even begin to argue over an inconsequential play at the tail end of a Bills' route, but it looked like it was a great catch and his foot was in. Agree to disagree.
  16. I think his QB rating was like a 120.0 or something. I think you're basing your entire post on the one missed throw to Chandler, but oh well...misery needs company. Oh yeah, he scrambled for 30yds or so and picked up some first downs.
  17. Can't go wrong with any of these, we eat out quite a bit and I enjoy all of em. Bistro Europa Trattoria Aroma Kunis or Seabar for sushi Mike A's (just ate there for the first tie last week, very nice) Olivers Tempo Rue Frankin Mothers Hutchs Daniels (in Hamburg)
  18. Yeah because Gilmore and Williams have so much tape on them consistently screwing up on the field to lazily access the blame on Wanny. And by no means is he the best CB on the team.
  19. I can't believe I'm responding to this, but equating fat f@*k to midget is a bad comparison.
  20. My favorite memory of Cutler is Rivers talking so much crap to him that Cutler almost looked like he was going to cry a few years back. The cameras were zeroed in on the two and Rivers just wouldn't let up. It really was a thing of beauty.
  21. I thought he just threw it too late. That's what I'm thinking.
  22. Eric Berry did act like a little be-atch after that whole affair. I understand him being upset, but he took his whining to a different level. I personally expect Stevie to have 7 for 130ish and a TD.
