  1. Yup...so freaking true... Yeah, it's usually the encore sang on the stage shaped like a pumpkin. You haven't lived until you've seen a geriatric mosh pit at Shea's.
  2. I agreed to go to Cinderella at Shea's with the girlfriend. Show's at 2pm, should be over by 4:30ish. I'm expecting to get laid regardless of outcome due to this good deed (season tix are front row center, actually pretty awesome) so if the Bill's win, well, ilife will only be that much better...
  3. How wasted was Ditka when he made his pick? Love it, though!!
  4. On the contrary, I think most feel a win is a long shot and the Bills might get their azz's kicked. As for myself, I predicted the Bills would beat KC and Miami back-to-back and have some breathing room down the stretch. I think many people thought this would not only happen, but was 100% feasible. Now we take a stroll down murder's row and have absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I mean, we're predicted to lose 100-0!! And even if we win, the press will still pick the Packers to beat us. I for one am excited to see how they react to following stretch of games. The old Bills would lose, maybe even have kept it close and earned some "respect." Blah. This will be the litmus test to see if they really have turned the corner. Game on!!
  5. I've got no problem with Schlereth. Hoge? The concussions are beginning to show. Plus those ties...
  6. Leodis is on IR, now it's Gilmore's turn to be called a bust by the armchair scouts. I give them no bother, rather, I urge them to watch the cornerback play across the league this season. It's below average on a good day, usually pretty piss poor most days. Gilmore has played very well this season overall. If people are going to say he played bad today because it was in the game plan to keep Gordon in front of him, then so be it.
  7. One of the few perks of not having an expensive, franchise QB.
  8. Spikes for the right money. Otherwise, I think it's Kiko, Bradham and Brown going forward. The veteran money will need to be allocated to the DL i.e Dareus/Hughes.
  9. Not 100% certain that would be the case. I think it could be open for cold and moderate snow, but closed for sure for rain. Being wet at a Bills game is horrible.
  10. Thank you. The "weather myth" has become a bit overblown since the good ole days. Sure they might have embraced the cold, but talent wins out 10 out of 10 times. And if the players loved it so much, the fans really didn't. Most fail to remember the Comeback Game was a black-out because it was a damp, rainy/slushy/crappy day. As for a new stadium, retractable all the way. All games would be played with the roof open to cut back on electricity bills to allow for natural lighting. Boom, problem solved.
  11. Not 100% sure, but I think those estimates are if the temp remains below freezing. It's gonna above freezing on Saturday and damn near tropic (all things considered) on Sunday. With that said, Sunday seems ambitious to me as well.
  12. Chicks dig me, because I rarely wear underwear and when I do, it's usually something unusual.
  13. Yeah man, I was kind of mad at Brown for 5min but I've never thought of wanting to package him for picks. As for McKelvin, where do above average to pretty good corners grow on trees? He's a good player who gets bonus points this week from me for telling Miami to suck it.
  14. I keep forgetting that he's the pick if they don't get Sammy. Ebron has been injured and just plain average. We'd all be so pissed.
  15. God bless Freddy, but this offense is defined by Sammy. Thankfully, it appears the coaches are realizing it as well.
  16. We were a Sahlens house through and through as a kid. I always moaned about not getting Ballparks like all my friends parents had. Now, I'm just happy my parents didn't put me up for adoption for my serious lapse of judgement. Wardynskis makes a good dog too.
  17. Robert Woods hopes Sammy can't play. And I mean that in the best way possible. The dude is a competitor and will want the challenge.
  18. Exactly, and at that average he'd still come under the single-season record.
  19. I agree with everything you say. I do think an above average QB should be able to diagnose a breakdown in protection and throw the ball away even if it only happens 1 in 4 times. Could be saving 5-10 yards. With that said, I'm not criticizing his performance. I love his ability to hang in there.
