The long standing issue of attracting top tier talent to Buffalo is going to continue to put Buffalo at a disadvantage versus other markets. It comes down to a number of factors that work against us:
1. Winning Culture: All else equal, Buffalo will always lose in this department based on our history
2. Taxes: NY personal income tax rates and changes in tax law make employment in Buffalo extremely expensive for high earners. They will always prefer places like Florida and Texas where there are low or no-taxes. We will always have to overpay. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-10-19/nfl-teams-risk-talent-drain-in-high-tax-states-as-breaks-curbed
3. Location: I love WNY and there will always be people who will be attracted to the region. However, top prospects in the prime of their career trying to build a brand will not come here. NYC, LA, South Florida and Dallas will continue to be more premier markets for these players.
You can argue that it has largely been this way for decades, but the media prominence and brand of the NFL is much larger than what it was when we made our run in the 90s (and even then players complained about coming here). If we are going to win, it is going to take master execution in free agency and even moreso in the draft. We will need to try and lock up players ahead of their contract expirations. Otherwise, contracts like we gave underperforming talent like Mario Williams and Marcell Dareus will set an organization like ours back for years.
When you spoke in absolutes, you lost me. Unless you are a fortune teller, you can't predict the future.

So if we go 5-11 or worse this year, is Jauron better?
If some people on this board had brains, they would be dangerous!

I think that people are forgetting McCarron wanted out. Do some research

Bills only need 17 to win.
Bills 17
Colts 13

1. Jim Kelly game winner in '89
2. Nothing during the drought, fell for them in the '90's and the disease remains with me
3. 51-3

Why do people drive on the parkway and park in the driveway?

Anderson couldn't scramble when he was young, I hope the Bills OL doesn't get him killed.
They aspire to be the bottom 5th.
They are actually playing serviceable currently.

Speaking of the Saints, here is a crazy stat:
The Saints are averaging 13 points/game in the 4Q. The Bills are averaging 12.7 points for the ENTIRE game!
Yes, they have an offense, Buffalo only has a defense. what did you expect?

He got him in and out of the huddle well guys, he's good!

There is no process you guys. It is basically the middle finger telling all of the fans and media to leave them the eff alone.
I hate everyone equally. Does that make me a hateist?

What are the odds we get a 300 yard game this week?
99-1. They will run it 40 times and pass it 20

Can I actually get an intelligent football take instead or blatant stupidity or let Josh learn or Anderson won't take hits and be like Orten, come on folks, step up your game a bit.
You know where you are right?

I doubt that.
I mean a combo of all the hits. The one to the elbow caused the most pain

Hard to believe that a hit like that would put him out that long.
Doubt it. I'm sure it was from one of the other 50 hits he took this year

I just bet $5,000 against the Bills
You will be rich, promise. Peterman is still on this team which baffles the living hell out of me. I really can't with this team or " the clap". That is what I am now calling McDermott-"The Clap". He has earned his nickname

Josh Allen is hot trash and McDermott should be fired for passing on Mahomes.
The first part is unfortunately becoming more accurate as each game passes. Is it the norm to have 80 something yards passing from your NFL QB? Embarrassing!
Culture and the Process do not equal talent
