  1. Ice? Weak sauce. My buddy runs a big tailgate so it's usually whatever he makes for breakfast and lunch. He always mixes it up and it's always good. Only charges people at cost too.
  2. Yeah, but I'm sure he got the RA room.
  3. While playing softball tonight at Genesee Valley Park, I saw a private jet land at ROC. I wondered if it was the Pegulas getting into town.
  4. Is the drug arrest screen grab really necessary? You're explaining your punchline. You shouldn't need to do that if the joke can stand on its own.
  5. Thanks for the gist. No clicky.
  6. Alrighty then, this is not a drill, TSWers. Everyone to your stations. Who's got eyes on Tempo? Charter jet logs at the airport? Buddy Nix's super fly leather coat?
  7. Screen name checks out.
  8. How many compensatory picks would we lose?
  9. 0-19! (Wait, what?)
  10. It's all well and good, but everything I hear from Sean McDermott in the press just sounds to me like the new PR guy told him to just say the exact opposite of whatever Rex ever said on a topic.
  11. Gilmore switched from 27 to 24 a few years back.
  12. Hey, if you can't beat 5'8" lacrosse players from New Jersey, you might as well join them.
  13. That was definitely part of the announcement of the Uber/Bills partnership, drop-off and pick-up zones at the stadium. But I got the season ticket package in the mail this weekend (I know you cancelled yours), and couldn't find any information about it. I thought they would label those zones on the parking map, but no dice.
  14. It's definitely a different experience, and one we've enjoyed. We got to go in the clubs a few times when my wife was prego, and that was a much better experience for her. Comfortable seating, no bathroom lines, and I think she slammed about four beef on wecks. One day we may move up into the clubs, but we still enjoy our rowdy little corner down in 127.
  15. I enjoy catching a CFL game now and then. Bigger field, unlimited motion, three downs. It's pretty fun to watch.
  16. I always loved his line that went something like "I picked the one job in the world where having a Harvard degree is considered a bad thing."
  17. The fire-Russ-now group and the keep-training-camp-at-home group just formed a powerful alliance.
  18. Last year: "Keep Rex for a third season? Lol, screw continuity." This year: "Omg, staff and roster turnover, why is there no continuity?"
  19. But there are curfews and designated nights off at camp. Seems easier to control a bunch of dudes when they're in one building vs. staying all over town. And it's not like Buffalo is actually "home" for most of these guys anyway. So I posit that the partying is more likely to occur when they are in Buffalo vs away at camp.
  20. Right, being away from family, and any usual comforts and trappings should motivate them to focus.
  21. If McDermott is around that long (for a fifth season) presumably he's doing well enough to start calling such shots. In that case, I would be more amenable to training camp leaving ROC. But for now, I know I sure as hell like it where it is. The "sleeping in their own beds" thing from the previous (mis?)quote strikes me as weird for a coach who is supposed to be a hardass.
  22. That revolving door is why I stopped buying active player jerseys. My B. Smith #78 will never, ever go out of style. Unless he kills his ex wife and a waiter. But even then...
  23. I hear what you're saying... Maybe it is the ultimate direction of things, but it would be a shame. Bills camp regularly gets written up as one of the best training camps in the NFL, for the fan experience. Peter King always raves about it.
  24. With all they've done to build it up? I can't see that happening. Plus I'd be pissed. I drive from ROC for every home game. I like the opportunity to see them right in my backyard.
