  1. When the Levy Broke Queen City Roller Nor(wood)'easter
  2. I wonder if it's White Power Bill.
  3. It's like the more money we come across, the more problems we see.
  4. I get the whole thing about wanting to draft guys with character, but I seem to remember an old Hunter S. Thompson quote about linebackers. That you kind of need them to be savage monsters to do their job effectively.
  5. [shrugs] It's a pretty quiet time in the football year. Front office shifts, OTAs, not exactly what casual sports fans care much about.
  6. I'm very interested to see how the up-tempo program translates to training camp at Fisher. Last year (my first spending any real time there, over the course of a couple days) it seemed like an awful lot of standing around punctuated by the occasional air horn and drill.
  7. I don't know why any of these guys get married in the first place, unless its a high school sweetheart type deal where they've known each other forever, since way before anyone in the relationship got rich and famous.
  8. Hope she doesn't end up ground up and in the freezer.
  9. Wow, so helicopter parenting even extends to the NFL draft.
  10. I admire Marrone for being so forthright and admitting he preferred EJ over Nassib. He could've just as easily hid behind something like "Well, of course I like Ryan, but the final say-so is with the GM, so it was out of my hands."
  11. Players' success has so much to with scheme, this has the potential to be a win-win for both Indy and the Bills. As others have said, I love the proactivity. 48 hours out of the draft, and they're still tinkering.
  12. So that means everyone got a passing grade? Nice curve, hair helmet.
  13. Edit: Poking around on twitter seems to indicate he'll wear #10.
  14. Cool. I know receivers started wearing 10-19 somewhat recently, but didn't think single digits were on the table for them. I can't even think of a single guy who ever wore #1 for the Bills.
  15. Is he really going to wear #1? Bills store homepage seems to say so.
  16. You have to admit, though... "All Time Pollys" would be an excellent name for a band.
  17. I think it's a testament to what a good pick this was that the thread is only two pages long.
  18. I'll be at the Canes/Rangers game in Raleigh, drinking beers with a buddy from college who decided to road trip it to town for the game. He's a local news sportscaster though (and giants fan, bleh), so a close eye will be kept on the happenings in Radio City.
  19. We were just being loud, cheering for our team. You know, like sports fans sometimes do. Falcons fans might as well have been sitting shiva. Have you been to that stadium? It's like watching a game in a shopping mall under eerie fluorescent lighting. I guess they just can't get it up for anything other than an SEC game down there.
  20. Yes, for games in Charlotte and Atlanta. There were as many Bills fans as panthers fans in Charlotte, and the group i was with were way more obnoxious in ATL than any of the dumbass bandwagon Failcons fans.
  21. Exactly. The Bills have made the best of a bad situation. How this move makes anyone's blood boil (or makes anyone overly joyful) I don't understand.
