  1. I've heard of him! Get it done!
  2. Who gives a sh&t? I want the Bills to start winning, not for Adarn Schefter to be slobbering all over them.
  3. In defense of my behavior in college, after a few beers, a 5 easily turns into a 7 or an 8.
  4. I don't think anything will top Mario-palooza from a few years ago. But just in case, do we have eyes at Tempo? The airport? FAA flight logs? Mrs. Russert's hotel? Jimbo's backyard?
  5. Reasonable, cautious optimism? On a Bills message board? Is this like an "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" thing?
  6. Maybe. All I know is as recently as a month or so ago, I was able to log into the account manager and look at the big seat map of individual season ticket availability. Now I can't. Just wondering if others are finding the same.
  7. I can't view the seat maps showing seat availability on the account manager online. Can anyone else? Wondering if it's something with my account, or do they not have the maps up yet because of the price changes or something?
  8. Luke Russert's mom is reporting that those delivery trucks are full of money.
  9. Those weird smarties candies that are made out of chocolate. Seriously, what's wrong with you people? However, the Cuban cigars are an acceptable trade-off.
  10. I'm a Jays fan and love the take one of my favorite Jays blogs has on the announcement at: Drunk Jays Fans "...if they had any sense about them, both the Bills and Rogers would see fit to taking this opportunity to finally smother this miserable stinking turd of an experiment to death. I mean, the “Toronto Bills” makes about as much sense as the “Milwaukee Packers,” and I’m pretty sure a big part of why the city had so little interest in the games — apart from ticket prices set in direct relation to the arrogance from Rogers that this was going to be an unequivocal smash — is that it’s just so utterly distasteful to want to steal what seems to an outsider like a pretty seriously important cultural institution in the city of Buffalo, and one that’s so deeply woven into the fabric of their identity. Or maybe I’d just like to think that’s part of it, because… seriously, f%ck us (read: Rogers) for even trying."
  11. The real question is: How will this affect her draft status?
  12. Isn't being a Bills fan enough cosmic punishment?
  13. Nice, me and Donte are on the same page. I said upthread, if any organization could handle the media circus, or not really let the media circus get going in the first place, it's the Pats. Say what you will about that team, but they are very good at remaining tight-lipped, and on message.
  14. I bet you're right. When Rick looked through the peephole, Michonne was probably holding up Carl's shoe. Hence, Rick laughing and saying "Carl, it's for you."
  15. Yeah, the cynic in me thinks this is Cuomo's way to demonstrate he "cares" about WNY, and by "care" I mean give us some form of entertainment after we all work long days fracking underneath each town's new casino.
  16. LOL, no matter one's interpretation of ancient texts, I think we can all agree that one DOES choose to be a moderator.
  17. Yeah, but did Lombardi hire him? Does Pettine now become the "other guy's guy" before he even wears a whistle?
  18. He also plants different crops in the same field and wears fabric made of two types of thread. Finding reasons to hate someone based on a loose collection of 2,000 year old stories is fun! Wheee!!!
  19. I honestly think NE would be a good fit. I hate Lord Grumbledore and that whole Patriot Way sh#tshow as much as anyone. But if there's any organization that can cut through all the noise and all the crap and keep a tight corporate lid on things, it's the Patriots.
  20. Leviticus tells us homosexuality is a sin, as is touching the skin of a pig. Exodus tells us working on Sunday is a sin. Man, that's three for three. If he gets drafted, this guy would be the sinniest football player that ever sinned.
  21. I work in fundraising. So while I love this idea in theory, I'm concerned about the administrative costs involved. As much as we like to think there's a million or whatever Bills fans out there willing to support this (and I'd be one of them), you still need to get the word out. Direct mail, email, phone calls, whatever. That costs money. You need to provide paperwork and materials documenting individual gifts. More costs. You need someone to manage the fund itself and track the balance, likely provide quarterly/annual reports. If they get 501c3 status, then there's filing 1099s, all that stuff. More costs. It's not just a matter of stuffing $170M in a giant piggy bank.
  22. Tim Graham seen boarding a plane to DC to ask Kirk Cousins WHY he won't date his sister, and as only a consummate professional journalist would, tells Cousins he thinks he SHOULD date his sister.
  23. When players are fitted for a helmet at the beginning of the year, they must wear that helmet all season long. Look at every "alternate" helmet in the league. Every one simply involves removing or switching out decals.
