I don't disagree and am personally in favor of anything that makes my drive to and from ROC easier on game days. I'm just pointing out that the commish HAS to beat the drum for a new stadium. While everyone IS talking new stadium, the issue is too far down the line for anybody to worry about too much right now. The ownership question needs to be settled first. I'm sure the stadium question will follow soon after.

Yeah, but Seattle doesn't count as a winter weather city. The Pacific NW is relatively warm in the winter.

I'm sure the black is just a base for something else. I am not a structural engineer, but I would think black paint would soak up too much heat and possibly do damage to the structure that already goes through enough harsh elements in the wintertime.

I really don't think "the league" is "mandating" anything. The Gingerhammer made comments in favor of a new stadium. He works for all the owners collectively. Owners will always be in favor of new stadiums. I really don't think a retrofit is off the table. Yet. But we've got a lot to get through before it's worth being concerned about that.

That's a lawyer's dodge. If you read carefully, they're saying there are not enough votes to actually relocate the Bills to that conference room at a hotel where they were meeting. Secondly, doom. Also, gloom. The trust is cheap. Amen.

My thoughts exactly. I'm getting beyond the "get crazy at 9am" years anyway and will start bringing my kids to games in the next 5-10 years, so I can honestly say I'm ok with it. You can get drunk in a field anywhere. I'd rather have a team.

Can't stand his team, but I can't hate on Kraft Dinner. Like the Rooneys in Pgh, I wish my favorite team was run so well. Edit: I wonder if the eventual owners' vote on a new owner will be a matter of public record? If so, would be odd for Kraft Dinner to make these comments and then vote the other way.
