    Reasonable Pats fans I know (yes, they do exist) say the exact same thing. The Bills are the future of the conference right now. Hard as it may be for some of us here to believe. I'm very interested to see where Rex lands.

    Exactly what I was thinking, like the gig Holmgren got with the Browns a few years back. Kind of like a president/GM/Football Czar kind of thing. Of course, we all hope it would work out better than Holmgren did with the Browns.

    Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Al was the only person ever to serve as the head coach, GM and owner of a team. We all remember the creepy zombie look of his later years, but Al was a GIANT in the AFL and NFL, right up there with Ralph.

    Not just that, but they want to be miserable. They work hard at being miserable. They use "stats" to justify their misery.

    Not only that, but if you also take away our four AFC wins because reasons, we're 0-15. A downward trend IMO. Fire everybody!

    [shrugs] He's young, dumb and full of c**. I was the same way in my 20s, and I was most definitely NOT a prospect for making millions of dollars doing anything. Well, I was trying to be a rock star, but that obviously didn't work out. Then at some point I realized things like health insurance and settling down would be nice.

    Reminds me of a great scene from the West Wing. Did anybody else watch that show? China was making noise over Taiwan, and the US was moving a carrier group toward the South China Sea. SAM Why were the carrier groups in the Taiwan Strait? BARTLET Are they in the Taiwan Strait? SAM They're on their way. BARTLET Is that the same thing?

    For some reason, I find myself giving much less of a crap about this issue than I did a year ago. Me too. LA is much more valuable to the Shield as a place to threaten to move a team than to actually move a team.
