  1. Rex has brought in coaches and players from his unsuccessful tenure in New Jersey. Thus, henceforth and therefore, one can only logically conclude that this team is doomed. You kool aid drinkers can keep drinking your kool aid all the live long day. I am so effing done with this team.
  2. So much dishonorable behavior in this thread!
  3. I think the OP has a point. Surely no coach in the history of professional sports has brought with them to a new gig role-players and second-stringers they might know how to bleed a little talent out of. No, clearly this is about a secret plan to bankrupt the Pegulas, one league-minimum game check at a time.
  4. Rodak tweets: "Bills personnel, management, longing for days of Chan Gailey."
  5. Is this the info you found on that Brittania place? South Bay Bills Backers Britannia Arms 1087 South DeAnza Blvd. San Jose, CA 95129 Chapter Presidents: Mark Juarez, Ethan Mullikin mully58@gmail.com (240) 602-5129 Source: http://prod.static.bills.clubs.nfl.com/assets/pdf/Bills-Backers-Chapter-List.pdf
  6. I'd really like to know why you think taking food out of the mouths of the families of Directv executives is honorable or seemly? The price you pay is the price you pay, Mr. E. Ball (if that is even your real name - handles and pseudonyms are also dishonorable). Nothing in life is negotiable.
  7. That's exactly what I was going to suggest. I frequently travel to DC for work and will often just rent a car. Once you factor in delays, getting to the airport early, yadda yadda, sometimes it's just easier to crank the tunes and drive. Take your time getting out of OP after the game, and you'll still likely get home in time for a workable night's sleep.
  8. https://twitter.com/xmasape/status/610603538708865024 @xmasape: LA'EL COLLINS: Sir, you might have heard some allegations made against me by an escort named Throatzilla. JERRY JONES: You know Throatzilla?
  9. I don't know, you think the Bears look that good this year? I'd say there are 6-8 more likely NFC champions.
  10. I'm interested in any new/young blood covering this team. I've quite enjoyed Matt Fairburn's coverage for the 'Cuse paper. I try not to hate on anyone, but the old guard covering this team for the Buffalo and Rochester outlets seem like bitter, broken men who don't like their job very much.
  11. Absolutely. Not that the optimism wasn't unfounded or silly in the end, and not that there's not a lot MORE to be optimistic about this year. But in that moment at 4:30 on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon in Buffalo last year? Man, I wish I could bottle that feeling.
  12. In retrospect, sure. But the playoff hopes were pretty high after week two last year. I distinctly remember someone in my section yelling "WE'RE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL!!!" when the Fish game ended.
  13. The atmosphere for the home opener last year was pretty intense, though. Coming off of that win in Chicago, the Pegulas submitting a winning bid in the days leading up, Jimbo just announced to be cancer-free... The Fish ran into a buzzsaw that Sunday that they had no way of overcoming, both on the field and in the stands. This year's opener against the Colts will be electric, no doubt. Rex's debut, ratcheted-up expectations... It'll be interesting to see how the two compare. Can't wait!
  14. Does it also stand to reason once the first preseason game is over, and they can no longer sell ST packages, some single-game tickets will become available?
  15. I don't think so. We were looking into getting a group of college buddies together for the Gints game. We were told no availability. And that was only for 20-30 seats.
  16. I think you're right. The name on the paperwork is Perry Tegula.
  17. Haha, and did people also think that New York National Guard backdrop at Bills press conferences for the last couple years was just wallpaper left over from a habitat for humanity project?
  18. Costs a lot of money to tote the Blue Angels around the country. Should we get rid of them too? Exactly. Do people think a bunch of generals were somehow hoodwinked into forking over cash? Everybody knew exactly what they were doing. This is only a story because politicians (regardless of ideology or party) and associated media see the NFL as an easy target right now.
  19. What a shame. I was kind of happy to see that once-proud franchise on the rise again. So much for that.
  20. I think that jacket is pretty fresh. Looks like it's sold out everywhere. This website will let you set up an alert if it goes back on sale. http://www.lyst.com/clothing/nike-mens-buffalo-bills-alt-hybrid-halfzip-jacket-red/
