  1. Ohh, I get it! He's using "character" for "high as balls on cocaine!"
  2. As I suspected, these twits are playing off what an ignorant populace may THINK something looks like instead of what it actually is. Boo.
  3. I know we have many on this board with GEDs in law. Can anyone tell me if a confidentiality agreement/NDA covers criminal behavior? As in, if anything truly illegal happened to any of the women who chose to attend the party, would they have no recourse because of the confidentiality agreement?
  4. Yeah, he was off to the side during OL drills working with a trainer. Saw him up close. Didn't look happy, but didn't look too hurt either.
  5. Mixed in with perhaps a little "OMG THIS GUY WORKS FOR THE NFL I BET SOMEONE WOULD BE WILLING TO PAY UP TO KEEP HIM OUT OF THE CLINK."
  6. The better question is: What was the temperature in McKelvin when the chairs were stolen?
  7. NFL. College football just confuses the hell out of me. Plus the talent gap is so obvious.
  8. So it's like literally every other workplace in America. The longer tenured, more experienced and higher paid employees get preferential treatment. How will society ever survive?
  9. It means doom. Also gloom. And Skelton jerseys. You mean Fitzgibbons? The dude who wears his class ring on the field?
  10. If someone wants to head it up, I'm in for $20.
  11. I love this so hard. It's the one thing I like about Jets fans. They hate the Pats just as much as we do, but they do it with WAY more gusto, being from New Jersey and all.
  12. Not to mention Hardy was found guilty in a court of law, in the real world. And then faced sanctions within the very separate world of the NFL.
  13. Maybe. Or does it mean he's manned up and is taking his medicine?
  14. Along those lines, @PFTCommenter is an excellent satire account on Twitter: https://twitter.com/pftcommenter
  15. Steelers game is the Kid's Game. Weekend, afternoon, no-brainer. They do a good job, I'll be there with my boy. Source: http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-1/2015-Buffalo-Bills-schedule-released/9b9f27f6-990c-44a5-9539-ab61ce864619 EDIT: I see there's a typo where they should say "the Steelers in Week 3" but I think it's pretty clear which game is the kid's game: The Bills also announced the dates and times of their 2015 preseason schedule. Buffalo will open the preseason at home against the Carolina Panthers before making a road trip to Cleveland to face the Browns in Week 2. The Bills will host the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2. The game will mark the team’s 15th annual Kids Game and is presented by Independent Health. Buffalo will close out the preseason in Week 4 in Detroit against the Lions.
  16. Well yeah, but his point wasn't really that our defensive highlights aren't awesome, it's that we didn't really have many offensive highlights. Hard to argue with that.
  17. My coworker watched about half of this over my shoulder and said: "It's all defensive highlights. How many times can I watch a guy get tackled?" I have to admit, he has a point.
  18. I'm with you, and I lived down south for the better part of a decade. Smoked or slow-cooked meat with sauce on it is really hard to screw up. That said, what will the prices be like? $15 for a pulled pork sandwich? No thanks, I'll continue to enjoy my tailgate lunch.
  19. If you get picked for Kromer's jury, promise us you'll provide daily updates, a la training camp.
  20. When I listed my favorite teams, I put the Leafs third for a reason. I'm just not as rabid a hockey fan as I am football and baseball. When I do talk sh*t, it's on behalf of the Bills mainly, and I've done my fair share at road games. But I try more for the funny than actually instigating anger or violence. Life's too short for that sh*t.
