  1. "...immediately turned around and traded the farm to draft Dakota Tebow, Carson Wentz. " That is simply inspired.
  2. Q: How did the hipster burn the roof of his mouth? A: He bit into his pizza before it was cool.
  3. Hot take. Post of the year. Oh, there's more? You being there at the time of course, in the room and all. Because that's what doctors do all the time: Deal in absolutes and definitive answers. I just hope they don't rush you back after tearing your ACL on your Jump to Conclusions Mat. That's just patently ridiculous and insulting. Everybody knows most Arby's workers went to dental school, not medical school.
  4. Just one point about your premise and opening line (can't edit down the quote easily on mobile): Rex brought a number of vets with him from the Ravens to the Jets, easing that transition.
  5. The second one, against the Gints. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's always the final home preseason game. I feel like the experience of the Kids Day game has deteriorated. I've brought my 6-year old for a number of years, and last year was pretty crappy. Bills fans there WITHOUT kids are usually pretty great, in my experience. The hardcore boozebags seem to tone it down a lot, and I think everyone understands it's a game for the kids, and behaves pretty well... ...except for the visiting fans. They don't know it's a kids game, and don't seem to care. Last year was against the Steelers, so a bunch of those dirtbags drove up from PA and were definitely NOT on their best behavior. I see the same unfolding this year with the game being against the Giants. I don't shelter my kids and am fine with them seeing people being drunk or loud or stupid. I figure those are teachable moments. But being surrounded by hostile visiting fans and a group of young women who were, to put it diplomatically, very loudly aiming to get to know some Steelers players in a biblical way, that was just more crap than I was comfortable having my kid around. I've thought about contacting my season ticket rep with my concerns, but I'd probably just be pissing in the ocean.
  6. Right there with you bro. And how often do rookies have a slam-bam kickass first year anyway? It's a bummer, yeah, but looking at it long-term, those guys each have the potential to be studs. Year two of Tyrod. Rex having the entire defense on the same page, WITH buy-in. Plenty of reason for optimism. I'm good.
  7. Can't crop profile pictures for sh*t.
  8. Man, I wish I was as good at crystal-clear visions of the future as some are here.
  9. Careful, you'll burn yourself and others with a taek that hot.
  10. If only one person picks up what I'm putting down, I consider it worth it. [fistbump]
  11. Teal eaves? Like on a house in Miami?
  12. All I know is that someone in the front office is bad and should feel bad.
  13. Because it's the most poorly designed joint in the human body, especially considering the ridiculous things athletes need it to do.
  14. Blew off some fingers, too.
  15. Unless he's looking for identical twin opinions.
  16. I have an online GED/MD from Hollywood Upstairs Medical College, and it's in my esteemed opinion that Ragland will be fine. He just needs to walk it off.
  17. Buffalo Bills ain't nothin to f$#& with.
  18. Kinda funny I'll allow. Just saying not as funny as some of the others.
  19. I didn't find the Giants one as funny. There's only so many ways to talk about what a dweeb Eli is.
  20. Jason LaConfirma tweeting he has made peace with his God.
  21. Striker: I was an edge-setting OLB in college at Oklahoma, but this is the NFL. It's an entirely different kind of football, altogether.
  22. What about his drinking problem? And who can ever forget what happened over Macho Grande?
