It's funny how the point is constantly made that there are just a handful of elite QBs in the NFL, and yet we get ripped for not facing a lot of elite QBs. Further proof, as if we needed it, that the talking heads are full of it.

I honestly have a hard time keeping Simms and Esiason straight too, and I'm more than old enough to remember their playing days. Simms is a fraternity brother of mine too. Still can't tell them apart unless they're standing next to each other wearing nametags.

I find Jeff Dunham and his stupid ventriloquist act to be annoying and unhumorous. Yet he travels the world playing to laughing audiences. I am willing to allow others find him funny. Humor is completely subjective and I like when people try to spice things up a little around here, whether I personally find it funny or not.

So many WNY sports media figures are so tired and jaded at this point. Schopp, Sully, Bucky, Sal Mairoana with the D& C. Not that I blame them, really, they've been covering bad to mediocre football for a LOOOOONG time. I wish them no harm or unemployment, necessarily, I just wish they could all pack their bags and ply their trade elsewhere, get more fresh blood, fresh voices in our Bills media coverage. I agree. To my complete non-expert eyes, that's the biggest and maybe most simple change about our team this year. They seem to convert way more third downs. No longer does a failed second down feel like an automatic punt.
