  1. Yup, three years under this regime & here we are in November, trying to get our 5th win. Just like the last 12 years. Fells like "Groundhog's Day."
  2. Hello Bill & thanks for posting. Yeh, Fitz is terrible. He's inconsistant and is virtually NO GOOD on clutch drives.
  3. Hello Bill and hope you're doing fine. I really agree w/ your points 5 & 6. Also, the fact that a win is a win, period. Forget about ugly wins, pretty wins, on and on and on. But Bill, what about Leodis' TD man? Opening minutes of the game & he makes a statement like that! That's a tone - setter man. To me, that says to the Dolphins: We're hear to kick your a__ __.
  4. LOL. A funny post. Let's hope the game is the main show, w/ the Bills on top. Go Bills!!!
  5. Good post again, Bill. Glad U could watch the game w/ some good friends. As dreadful as our defense has been, there were a couple of drives in the final several minutes that they played NE pretty stout to hold them out of the end zone. Ther's, of course, still big issues to resolve. Looks and sounds like you have electricty there. How's the gas situation since U mentioned in in answering my post earlier this week. I trully hope its better. Go Bills!!!
  6. Thanks Rubes. I'll look forward to that post when U can get to it. In the mean time, have a great time at McFadden's.
  7. Good post, especially point # 10. In the last 12+ years, there seems to be like a spectr of doom over the franchise. And no matter who the coaches have been, who the front office personnel have been, and of course, what players we get, the result is always the same!! I'd love to see Polian back with us as a consultant, GM, whatever. Go Bills.
  8. You're welcome. So sorry to hear about your friends and I hope everyone gets back to normal ASAP. Also, Bill, looking forward to your next installment of: A Few Thoughts About the Game, In No Particular Order
  9. Would you be interested in posting an update of what it's like when U get back? Go Bills!!!
  10. Marauder, I hope you've recovered by now. I know "recovered" is a relative word for this. I'm sorry for your loss though. Now, thousands have experienced it.
  11. Bill, in light of hurricane Sandy last week, and now that 'noreaster with its snow, I hope you & your family are safe, warm & doing fine. I singled you out because you're the only poster I know that's from NYC. But that doesn't mean I hope that not only Bills fans, but everyone in Jersey, NYC, Deleware, Maryland & all the areas that were hit by Sandy/noreaster snow storm are warm, safe, & have food. Our prayers are with you. lGo Bills!!!!!!!
  12. Once again, thanks B f NYC. With all the holes this team/coaches have, I know we'll be lucky to wind up at 8-8. Wow!
  13. Well AJ, I hope you're right on Sunday. GO BILLS!!
  14. In the first photo: #15 is Kemp #66 is Al Bemiller #40 is Ed Rutkowski, I think. The second photo: The guy in street clothes, actually looks like Raph to me. But would that be Harvey Johnson? Joel Collier? The rest I don't know.
  15. As per Adam Schefter's tweet: "Bills considering moving to Milan, Italy: due to their poor level of play, they'l be named the "Milan Chaineys"
  16. Queen E II? He's talking to Queen Victoria, their friendship goes back a long way!!!!
  17. Exactly. If we can lose with these guys, we can lose without them. Whats the diff? After 3 yrs of rebuilding, we have the 32nd ranked defense.
  18. LOL! Ahh Promo, the dark humor of we Bills fans. And just in time for Halloween too.
  19. Way too hard. Who could possibly remember half of the kind of stuff, let alone all of it.
  20. NYC Bill, thanks for your posts each week. I & a lot of others enjoy your comments. Go Bills!
  21. Agree, big time, Bob! Pearl, in all his narrow, negative attitude is missing all of this. I grew up in Niagara county (hell of alot closer to Buffalo than Syracuse) & followed the Bills since its beginning,1960. Which is probably way longer that Mr. Pearl-jammed has been following the team. Saw a few games at the Rockpile when in highschool & later in life at the Ralph. With my degree from Oswego, I embarked on my career a few states away from NY. But loving & following the Bills never left me! Its in our blood, man. But Pearl has this warped view fan-hood, is just simply.....ignorant.
  22. Great. Now you're a psychology professor. Go back under your bridge, troll.
  23. Azucho98, I thought the ball was out of Bionce.
  24. Oh, so where people live is your measure of Bills fan-relevance? Not the fact that they're Bills fans and THAT 'S the comonality. So to you Pearl, because they're not from this little region of the world that you specified, they're insights & thoughts they'd like to share means nothing. Sounds like cry-baby sour grapes to me.
